UPDATED POST! Firmware for Optimus Pro and Hope - UPDATED 18.09.2020 New version for Optimus Pro

By the way, just curious but what is the main concern?
Is it just about correct version information or is it something more serious?

I just want to be sure it’s the latest version. I know there have been some problems in the past with battery drainage with former software versions. My battery is ok right now, but my bluetooth isn’t. It continuiously gets disconncted with my phone and ear buds. I found out by turning on flight mode and directly turning it off it somehow improves the bluetooth connection. I’m hoping v4.0 will overall improve the performance of the watch.

It is confirmed now by the software company.
There was a build number mistake and I will upload the correct version asap.
I’m just receiving it now.

@Jegetto this is correct and now confirmed.
The version 3.2 in the Top Post is correct and is the latest.
It has the new green charging ring animation and Google is working fine.

downloaded from the site kospet.com firmware version 3.2. the heart rate monitor immediately started working.

Can someone provide me the device information of the Optimus Pro and Hope?
This can be done with: Device Info HW (click on the right side, the three dots -> Info Center -> Upload).
Thanks.

I can’t find this item in the menu (written in Russian)

It’s on the database: OptimusPro, thanks.

@pablo11 i installed latest kospet optimus 3.0 firmware and my watch is lagging now,I installed boot.img from kospet optimus pro 4.0 firmware and now my watch doesn’t lag,I have a kospet optimus 2/16gb varient, please check why is that happening.

Hmm, that’s very odd indeed.
So the firmware intended for the device is lagging and flashing the boot image from a v4 firmware (which is for the 3/32gb model) fixes the problem?
I think I would go back to earlier 2+16 firmware and take the OTAs and factory reset.

It’s especially strange because I’m fairly sure that the boot image is the same for both.
I will ask the firmware guys.

I’m guessing that you are using twrp and root as well?

I freshly flashed the firmware,no twrp nothing, and did reset.

Ok thanks.
I only asked about twrp because I was wondering why you flashed rather than take the OTA.?
As I said before, it might be advisable to flash back to an older version and then take OTA up to date. Then factory reset.

I will be testing my 2+16 version of Optimus.
See if I can reproduce the issue.

Ok will try that

@TheCez
I just checked all three boot images.
The v3 Optimus
The v3.2 Optimus Pro I uploaded yesterday
The v4 from before.

They are all exactly the same.
No difference at all.

The preloader controls the ram and storage config.
So right now I am stumped.

I just flashed the v3 fw on my 2+16 Optimus and I have no problems with scrolling.

I had keyboard accuracy problems but it was hardware related, not firmware.
I checked on another sample and it was fine so it’s a hardware problem.

I have no idea why you are having this scrolling issue between fw versions

That’s odd,
I thought it was already there?
In the database I mean.

Hi, I have an Optimus Pro 3 + 32 with ROM version 3.0, boot.img patched with Magisk and TWRP installed.
The problem is that I received the update by OTA, I gave it to install, the process began, but the clock went off and now only TWRP starts. (in the TWRP file explorer, I see that I have not lost data)
I guess the solution is to flash the original boot.img again to make it boot. But the question is: how can I flash the boot.img?
I can’t access the SD to install via TWRP.
I don’t know what to do, sorry for my English, thank you

  • Download the current firmware for your device and the Mediatek SPFlashtool.
  • Extract both files and launch flash_tool.exe
  • Click on ‘choose’ located next to ‘Scatter-loading File’ and select ‘MT6739_Android_scatter.txt’ from the extracted firmware:

Note: If you only want to flash boot.img and recovery.img deselect everything else.

  • Click on ‘Download’
  • Turn your Smartwatch off.
  • Connect your Smartwatch with the USB data cable.

It should start the flashing process now, don’t interfere with the Software/Watch/Cable until it’s done.

Thanks, if I just activate “firmware upgrade”, and install everything, will it keep my original files on the clock?
