Optimus 2 Official support Thread - Updated 26/06/21

This flash?
Link removed.

@hom

It is very important that you know exactly what firmware you had from the beginning.

If your original firmware did not have pix in the name then you must not use the one that you linked before.

What date did you buy it?
Iā€™m guessing you made a note of the original firmware version right?
No one flashes their watch without keeping a note of what version it has before flashingā€¦

The other thing is why are you flashing it?
Does it have a particular problem?

@pablo11 - if my watch had 1.4 out of the box and was updated to 1.6 OTA, can I assume my software has PIX in the description? I had no idea there might be two different versions of firmware for this watch? I ask in case I need/want to go back to OEM firmware. Thanks in advance for your clarification.

Yes it will be ok because 1.4 posted at the top is the pix version.

To be honest most of the Optimus 2 watches are pix.
There were some very early ones that were the old BT chip but not many.

If you had the fw attached to the first post you should be ok :+1:

Hello, new member here, I tried to read the thread carefully before signin in. First of all, thank you for great help. As many, I encounter difficulties with my Optimus 2, difficulties I managed to solve with the solutions provided here. One problem I canā€™t fix is the Google Agenda that doesnā€™t complete conf process. I got the Contacts issue solved thank to the apk suggested by @good4life . Any idea for agenda ?
Thank you

Thread cleaned.

Am I correct that this is a hardware issue? OEM firmware installed.

Factory reset the watch and see if it works .

Thanks good @Dr_Andy_Vishnu but unfortunately reset didnā€™t work. Correspondence sent to after sales.

I suspect that the camera FPC cable has become loose.
Or it is just not functioning properly.
Definitely best to contact
