I had the same years back with a old Android 5 watch . It was also seen as a MTK USB DRIVER . No matter what i did or what drivers installed i couldnt get it to work ? It had me beaten

It’s as if the watch is trying to communicate with the Flash Tool but it times out after almost two minutes.

I already told you how to fix it in the previous post.
I’ve done this myself and it is not difficult.
Long press the power button until it reboots and it will flash. You won’t see anything on the screen, but if you followed exactly what I said in this post and the previous post I made - it works.
"The vcom flash tool driver is loaded before anything, it uses a very different driver to access the OS.
So it might still work if you have installed the drivers and everything is loaded in the flash tool and connected and then press and hold the power button to force a reboot on the watch.
If everything was loaded in the flash tool correctly and you have clicked on the “flash” icon before you rebooted the watch - it will flash automatically.

If the flash fails after 2min, you can have a not stable connection. Best is to try again. You can flash only selecting few items, the big one is system.
Yes, that’s possible too…
However, you may not be able to factory reset if you only flash system.
It’s just a matter of persisting safely until you succeed. 
the same thing happened to me, usb out, drivers installed, the old drivers from mtk are automatically uninstalled and reinstalled, then restart the pc, flash tool program, upgrade to firmware, then dowload
Unfortunately no respond from the watch until now and i dont know what to do.

Where can I get an LCD touchscreen for the Lemfo Lem14? I've tried searching but I can't find it. Please help me.

Aliexpress is only option… or Alibaba. I very much doubt that lemfo or Rogbid would be able to help, but you can always try and visit their website and send them a message for customer support and advice. I doubt if they would answer though. Another problem is that different screens were used during the production cycle. Which ended at least 5 years ago roughly….
It’s not a user replaceable part. Not even for someone who has been doing this stuff as a hobby for years. The only option is to see if you can get the part (parts actually) and see if you can find a very skilled mobile phone repair service that may help you.
Have you seen the detailed information about how a guy here tried to replace a part in the LEM14? It’s very interesting.

Thank you for the info. Yes, I have tried to look at the marketplace but I couldn't find it. I will try to chat with them. I have tried to see why this screen is not responding and I took it apart, it turned out that the flexible part was broken and when I put it back together, the screen was like that because the liquid in the screen came out.

As I said before, it’s actually two parts. The screen and the digitiser. Sometimes sold together as an LCM. But, I really want you to understand that these are very custom screens and this one has not been on sale for over 3 years at least. I wanted to make sure that you understand this because there is almost no chance that you will be able to find one.
If you search for it on Aliexpress and find nothing, it is extremely unlikely that you will be able to get the part. This is just the reality of the situation.
