Hi all, With the message owner’s permission I have made this public. There were many issues here and this was before I found out that the 1.6 FW could not be down graded to any pervious version once flashed.

Which version are you trying to flash?
Is your watch a Lemfo LEM 16 or Lokmat or generic Z40…?
Which drivers have you installed?
What version of flash tool are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?
Can you show me the complete file path to the pac file in the firmware folder?
Does your antivirus software have any logs regarding the use of the flash tool?
What were the details of the original firmware version that was on the watch before you started flashing?
Why did you need to flash the firmware?
There is a lot of information I need to understand as you can see.
Did you install the drivers using windows driver signing disabled in advanced startup settings?
Windows can be annoying with unsigned drivers.

This is failing - it could be that your image is corrupt.
You should use 7zip to extract.
Which firmware version were you on before this happened?
It seems to be trying to update to a much newer version of Pixart firmware in your photo.
Can you boot the device at all and make a factory reset?

– Im Extract with 7zip all done, nothing problem…
The Initially from Buying the version v-1.6, but my experience about this camera device upside down at Videocall Whatsapp…
I spoke with my partners in China and we think going back to v1.6 should make the watch usable again.
Because the Pix firmware will not need to be updated.
We are looking into the reason why your watch is like this.
This is the first time we have heard of this problem.
