But it’s a happening thing. I (and Wiite) will hopefully be getting hold of this very soon.

First watches came with Divo system that is still A9 but not called Noemie

Then they started to sell them with NoemieOS, around November. It’s still A9 but they added some features like AoD with triple tap to wake, or making the Desktop mode by default instead of the watchface mode.

The thing with CD watches is that they will sell you a build that can be updated for some time, then if you want new updates you will need to buy a new watch.

In my case I was able to format the whole firmware and change the partition scheme so I could install the first NoemieOS firmware, but more recent builds like 20251217 or 20251230 I won’t get them unless I buy another one

cd12max camera is not the same level as s12a, the dynamic range is very bad

I saw a cd12max on Alibaba, but I’m not sure if it’s the one with Android 13 and unisoc w527, If you want to buy 1000 of them and try for us haha, or just wait for someone to buy them in bulk and sell them on AliExpress,

Reading the specs, I saw that they W527 but with android 9

w527 comes with Android 9 as standard I believe? To be honest, as long as as you have GSI it shouldn’t really matter. But as @AILIFE says, there may be a bug in the English language setting… Apart that, I think it should be ok.

W527 comes android 9, can run up to android 14
in latest firmware you can use english
but here is some technicality so it is a bit laggy(long story short the display is upside down and have to be fixed with software rotation andis causing a bit of lag)
226 firmware can notroot for now because the new signing key is not released yet and i dont have it either but you can still install custom ROM they do not check for that

It will be better after the Spring Festival (Somewhere in March). SUPPOSEDLY they are working on a European version with GMS, but dunno I can´t confirm it.
