That’s why I am offering you a dev kit for this.

It will contain a screen, battery, main board (with USB connectivity) USB cable and code. I had to seek approval from the the CEO to arrange it and release this to you. But I want to make it clear to anyone who reads this - it is unique arrangement which does not apply to anyone else. My apologies, but that’s the way it is.

So, @AILIFE I will link up with you on Telegram, if you want to get into this :+1: Actually, I will send you a message anyway and see how it goes. Are you working with Isicle and Deadman96385 (OpenWatch team)?

Or are you in another group?

Hmm, yes that’s true. But given that the chip is currently not accepted, how do I get it into Australia?

Let’s just take a step at a time. I’d like to see what your assessment is like after just testing it ā€œas isā€for a week or so. Then we can talk about and test various scenarios from there on. Currently, we are setting up the repo. One issue that I want Wiite to address first is the way they are currently working on any particular project.

Let’s say that they have 20 customers (brands) who want this solution. Each has their own watch faces and custom app requirements. The way they are working at the moment is to have a single (huge) git setup and each separate brand requirement is defined by selecting a build choice. This means that all the custom brand items are contained in this.

I don’t know what you think, but I prefer to work with a single device configuration and related code. This facilitates a much leaner code base and simplifies git pull and push.

What is your opinion about this..?

Thanks

ok, add me AILIFE4798

Realistically, the end game is to maybe (if you don’t mind) integrate your launcher, watch face code and any other items - like MicroG etc…

Ultimately, the goal is for people to be able to buy this product and have choices. Choices that mean they can decide which firmware they want to use. Either stock brand firmware or the version that we configure.

The aim is to keep the A15 code as clean and functional as possible. Anything else is for the customer to decide and install. Hopefully, this will keep the device from draining power like crazy, keep correct permissions intact and get rid of the silly, so called ā€œdual modeā€. I’m pretty sure that customers will be able to use advanced power saving mode if they want to…lol No need to invoke a restricted launcher as dual mode :rofl:

I am expecting the peripheral hardware to be the same as the S13. Same screen, battery and casing. In my opinion, that should be fine. But you may have a different opinion about that.

Until we talk privately, I don’t have an understanding of what you mean by ā€œmy teamā€ or how you work together etc etc….

Cheers

ofcourse you are free to do so, all of my apps have no license
i would want them as preloadapps, so user an delete them is no needed

is the Vwar S10 Ultra 3 just a CD12Max but with a W377E instead of a W527?

S10 Ultra 3 is just a CD12 (Launched in 2024)

CD12MAX came later, yes with a W527 (Late 2025)

my question is if their only difference is the SoC and RAM/storage

yes, but there isn’t international w527 yet. order via superbuy or any chinese agent

Should still be able to select English language and Chinese of course.

But not other languages. This is the usual standard anyway. Definitely get the more recent chip :+1:

It's true that there are 4/32 and 4/64 versions?

Ah ok @Noispirit

That’s perfect, and thanks for the feedback :+1:
