First things first.
no i can not charge it.
the battery icon is red, sometimes it turns blue for 5 seconds and then the screen turns black
as long as the battery icon is red the screen is open, as soon as the battery icon turns blue the screen closes in 3-5 seconds
It is supposed to do that.
The blue icon is designed to time out after a few seconds.
Leave it plugged in to charge and very lightly or quick press the power button. The blue battery icon should show again but it will go black after a few seconds.
This is how you check charging progress.

Yes @anon73267173 quite possible.
And soon we will see if bootloader is locked because of this.
@Gthom if watch still has not changed in one hour or so then you must load the v4 firmware from the top post.
Load it in flash tool and use firmware upgrade option.
Connect the watch to the PC and click download in flash tool.
Then press power button on the watch to try and open the boot loader.
That is all I can do.
