My apologies - in my bleary tired state lately - I made a mistake and uploaded a test version of Pro v4.
Special thanks to @anon73267173 because what he mentioned as a bug reminded me about it. 
Also new Lite v3 uploaded and added to top post
Both should have working Google apps and should also be available as OTAs either already or very soon.
These are full versions for flashing from PC.

Play Store is old. You need your repair package.
The Play store can be updated but the play services must be updated manually.
The repair package is simpler.
Same as PRIME 2.3B (A100, A50, A51, A63, A61 works perfectly)

I have asked for the firmware to be rebuilt.
They forgot the GMS update I sent them so a new version is on the way.
My advice is to wait for the updated version and don’t bother with the one I posted yesterday.

guys i passed the v4 but it does not open. reaches the point where it makes the sound open and freezes and closes

I tried to pass 3 and when I choose it scatter tells me ( the scatter file formatis invalid please select a valid load or ask for help)

But you are not making any sense…
I have no idea what pc you are using.?
Which watch you are flashing?
What tools you are using and drivers etc.
We can’t help you unless you can give us very specific details about exactly what is going on and which model watch you are using.

The battery must be out because it’s red, but it’s not charging. I had it all night on the stream
It doesn’t open after I passed v4 the Swatch. I tried the v3 the same. The same with v2.7
Use 7zip to extract.
Install the drivers from here and use the flash tool as well.
Charge the watch first.
When you are ready the watch should be powered off and ready to connect USB to pc.
Check antiviral software is not blocking it as well.
I did all this. It turned green and wrote ok . But after I restarted it doesn’t open. Now I can’t make it charge
This means that you flashed the wrong firmware
If you flash v4 using fw upgrade option in the flash tool it should be ok.
Use a different USB port and charge the watch first

no i can tell if it charges. the screen is black and it constantly makes a noise that connects and immediately disconnects. then the screen turns white and after 5 seconds it turns black. the battery icon is red
wait until the watch’s battery is completely drained. after this, the watch can be re-flashed
let it run out of battery ?? then put it in the power to charge ??
how will I understand that it is completely empty since the screen is black ??
then if I put it in the power it will start charging ??
