UPDATED POST! Firmware for Optimus Pro and Hope - UPDATED 18.09.2020 New version for Optimus Pro

@pablo11 For the Hope, that’s great. I didn’t realise, I thought the OTA was 4 the Prime. Hopefully it will solve my green heart rate monitor light constantly being on because it’s draining my battery big time. Thanks 4 the reply & info, I appreciate it :hugs:

For the Hope - sorry - I will have to check.

Thanks for your response.

I went back to the firmware version V. 3

@pablo11 can you please post a upgraded version for kospet Optimus ?

again the same result on firmware V.3. I now think that I just have a heart rate sensor gone bad

@Игорь_Жингель So you need to contact sales@kospet.com and organise something with them.

I meant Kospet optimus the lite version not the pro version

There’s a version for both Optimus models on the way this coming week…

@anon73267173 Do you find that the heart rate monitor app does not work also? I have the same issue with the green light sensor permanently on, really drains the battery 2.

Have you factory reset the watch yet?

@anon73267173 Sorry I just read ur earlier note & it seems u have the same issue as myself :disappointed:

@pablo11 I have factory reset yes

So the same applies to you.
Contact the sales team.

resetting doesn’t help my watch

The heart rate sensor program works the other way around: if you move it away, it will blink normally; if you hold it closer to your hand, it will constantly light up.

@Игорь_Жингель
Does the heart rate app work at all?
The app itself - not talking about the light.
Just so I understand - which firmware are you flash and which watch are you flashing it to?
Seems like you think you can cross flash firmware between these models?
Just to be clear - you CANNOT flash the Optimus system image to any other of these watches because the dual chip Optimus uses totally different hardware configuration.
So while some things may work - others absolutely will not.

For the Hope there are no more updates unfortunately.
Because it is not sold any more by Kospet.
It may be sold by other brands but Kospet was the only one providing OTA support.
Sorry - but this is the answer I got from Kospet.

I’m sorry if I didn’t make myself clear…
Stop saying this stuff which is dangerous to Optimus owners.
Ok?

And if you experience “permission denied” (like me), do this:
go to Magisk Manager app, open superuser permissions screen and toggle Shell (com.android.shell) to resolve the adb su permission denied problem.
