Ticrwis MAX-S + Kospet Note - new rectangular model - official support thread

If you have the Universal Launcher set as the Home page, check the settings in the UL. It has a section to auto check the HR every XX minutes. If you are not using the UL interface then I think it is in the phones settings to also check it periodically.

You can’t do anything about heart rate sensor in the watch settings.
The sensor is supposed to come on at intervals to establish if the watch is being worn or not.
Basically because many faces have access to the sensor and it works in conjunction with steps counter

Can this be turned off using hidden settings, the worse thing could be if a child takes up the watch and the laser suddenly switches on and shines in the eye

No, as I said above it can’t be turned off.
I will make sure but I am fairly sure that it cannot be done.

Has there been any clarification or further info on the volume level problem for the T-Max S?

I have re-set the watch to factory (twice) including the V1.9 firmware update and the speaker and mic volume are still extremely low.

I can’t take phone calls on the speaker when I am outdoors - even in isolated areas it is too difficult to hear and to be heard via the mic. (It’s half the volume of my Prime_Se) and it’s not much better indoors.

Although i have done this before i will re-test today ( speaker only ) as now works 100% in car. I have tested V1.9 and Note firmware with better results . The speaker only option could do with being a little louder but not to the level you are experiencing

Okay . Just tested again . With carkit nice and loud ( no problems ) . Speaker phone inside okay but not loud enough . Outside very poor .
@pablo11

This is the same with Ticris v1.9 and Kospet firmware .

Needs a tweak mate :+1:

@Dr_Andy,
thanks for taking time out to test it again. I will be forever grateful if the mic and speaker volume can be resolved to be louder. I really like this watch and hope this volume thing is not the end reason to stop using it.

Can you confirm that audio is ok using headphones please @Dr_Andy_Vishnu

Running tomorrow so will confirm . Car kit - perfect . Music audio with earbuds - perfect

@pablo11 headphone test: For me, the received audio in the headphones is ok, but audio for the other party (through my mic) is incredibly low, to the extent of not able to understand…

Have you tried with a car kit ? Mine with car is perfect . Thanks

But he says person recieving call cannot hear him when using headphones. Is this the same with yours ?

It’s easy to try, when calling the answering service and playback afterwards.
