So … I’ve had the max S for a couple of weeks now and everything seems good EXCEPT phone volume.
The volume level of an incoming caller is very very low.

Does anyone have a fix\update for this issue?
(I’ve tried a few 3rd party volume booster apps from the Play Store without success).

This has been noted along with the app rotation problem . The volume problem is bad but i’m assuming is a easy fix @pablo11 with a firmware upgrade .

Thanks @Dr_Andy_Vishnu … hopefully @pablo11 will be in a position to provde some solution soon.
I will likely need some advice on how to update firmware at that point.
As a 65 year old muso I am finding these watches an enjoyable but somewhat complex hobby! :crazy_face:

No problem . @pablo11 is in touch with the firmware guys :+1: .

@Gazman
Is the problem with using headphones or the built in speaker?
@Dr_Andy_Vishnu you have issues with the speaker?

Its both to be honest . Through a car kit for example a call is impossible . With car and watch volume on max the call is too quiet to hear

@pablo11 … both are an issue.

Hmm, that is extremely weird as they are using totally different sound outputs.
I will have to look into this.
So what firmware are you guys using?
@Dr_Andy_Vishnu @Gazman

I guess we might be the small selection of Max S owners in the forum.
