Exactly my sentiments, I use it to get Whatsapp messages, make and receive calls, and have dedicated SIM account (unlimited 4G). I also have a 2TB Dropbox account in case I REALLY , REALLY need to access some of my data on my watch.
I donā€™t like lugging around 2 devices when ONE is necessary for the basics and its on my WRIST!!!

Just for s**ts and grins I put 1080P movie on my watch (.mkv) and it played perfectly using MX Player Pro which I have installed on the watch, But my eyes canā€™t handle watching something that small. hahah. but it DOES work.

Good work.
Yes I donā€™t see why it would not play but trying to watch it would be seriously difficult as you say.

That would require 1.88 inch screen :joy:

Yes. Except mine was dark within hours of removing from the box. I will say the watch did get quite warm during setup, as I do move fast.

Also, From 30% all the way on up to 100%ā€¦there is ZERO change in brightness.

Ok. Everyone needs to get this straight.

In the world of liquid displays that have a reflective quality, there are three different types.

REFLECTIVE: The cheapest of the threeā€¦A reflective LCD involves a reflective mirror layer on the LCD or in the LCD. All light that is used to view the LCD goes through the LCD, bounces off of the reflective mirror layer and goes through the LCD again to display. This applies to both indoor and outdoor applications so a reflective LCD is not of the highest quality when used as a display. A reflective LCD generally uses a front light display so many factors can compromise the performance since the light has to go through the LCD twice.

TRANSMISSIVE: A transmissive LCD has all of the light provided from the backlight of the LCD Panel. A transmissive LCD looks great in indoor environments but can be quite dim when in direct sunlight. Sunlight is about a 1,000 times brighter than that of a typical LCD Backlight, so it can adversely affect the appearance of the LCD. Generally, direct sunlight can cause the monitor to look very dim outdoors.

TRANSFLECTIVE: The most expensive display of the three. Most likely why Jason couldnā€™t find one in SZ. A transflective LCD, which is a combination of a transmissive and reflective LCD, begins with a transmissive LCD and adds a partially reflective mirror layer between the LCD and backlight. When a transflective LCD is used indoors the illuminated screen comes from the backlight. When the LCD screen is used outdoors, light has to go through the LCD twice before displaying, once on the way into the LCD and one more time out with the backlight. This can cause the LCD to not be an optimal solution when being used as an outdoor monitor compared to being used as an indoor monitor. There is also a certain point that makes the LCD very ineffective. At this point, it is caused by just enough sunlight overpowering the backlight, but also not producing enough light to be reflected back from the reflective mirror to produce an adequately illuminated LCD. I found this to be the best of the low power displays.

Hope this helps some understand the LCD display tech for screens that reflect light.

You can find these on (link removed by mod)

What are these holes? Not in the description. One seems to be from the speaker. The longer the hole is, it looks like a map slot. The power supply has magnets and + C contacts not the same as the others. Therefore, it is necessary to use a standard connector

Where is the download for those faces??

What % do you have your brightness set at?

Looking at it with a strong light the large oblong hole is the speaker. You can see a screen inside the opening. The others are not holes but more like legs that possibly provide support to the case where it juts out over the speaker.

100% brightness

wow how much ? any price indication Im certainly interested wohahahahahahahahahahahahahah
