i’m having problems on receiving whatsapp messages. I receive when the application is opened only. I tryed to permit use of data and battery on background but nothing happened. Is anyone having the same problem? Thank you

read this whichever application you need in the background turn it off in this list.
thank you very much, it worked for me. There is an hidden menu under battery optimization, by clicking on the title, where you can see all installed applications. At first site you see only not optimized apps.
