Have you tried long press on the black screen and swiping to the left until you get to the end? Or is this not possible? I tried swiping it left and right, above and down for as many times that my finger is worn! It is just not possible. I do not see why the manufacturer dit not make a hard reset option on the watch.

The reason I mentioned this is because it has happened to me a couple of times and I found that if I long press on the screen after a reboot - I can see the other faces but if you select one the screen goes black again.
So I realised that I could long press and scroll to the end of the available watch faces where the download faces option becomes available.
On this screen is also a little refresh circular arrow which updates the watch faces data base.

I'm glad we fixed it for you over remote support
Yes, me too.... Thanks again for the great support!
If people are worried about the black screen issue - follow this information.
Enable USB debugging on your watches. Go to the watch settings and scroll to the very last option which should be âAbout Watchâ
Go into this menu and open âDeveloper Optionsâ and select USB Debugging.
It allows you to run adb reboot recovery from your PC if you get stuck like this.
it will reboot to the screen tat says âNo Commandâ this is stock recovery.
If you press the main button for a few seconds it will go from this screen to the recovery options.
From here you can wipe cache and reboot. This will reset the watch.
To use adb tools Google minimal adb and fastboot and install it.
You can do a google search for instructions but it is fairly straight forward. On a phone with the sim card installed, don't believe you can do it on your watch, go to settings, Security and there will be a listing for "change sim lock code." You will need the default lock code to change it. I found the default codes for AT&T 1111 and T-Mobile 1234 doing a search. You can try basic codes, 0000, 1234 etc but you only get about 3 tries and you will be locked out and then need a PUK code to get back in. You will have to get the PUK code from the cards issuer. As I read it, once you change the code it will follow the sim card no matter what device you use it in.
you do'nt want to do it if you mean pin code lock for sim on you watch i think you mean the one to lock the watch and it is better not to lock at all but still it is under security but i think you'll need Settings Search for that.

Thank you, Iâll explain: I received a new sim from my provider. When we receive such a sim card you Get the following pin code: 0000.
But for security reasonâs you have to change this code.
I have been looking all over the phone settings but I couldât find it.
I can put the card in my Phone but I think it is strange it is not possible in the watch.
Under âSetting - More - Accounts - Googleâ there is not an option to turn on or off Auto-Sync. I can only click on the app (gmail, google calendar, app data, contacts, etc.) to manually sync.

Great news! Iâm really glad the watch is getting this level of support.
have you tried with Settings Search or Google Gesture to locate what you need?
Google Gesture - sim card settings - change pin code (i really recommend not to use it).
Thank you, Setting Search did the trick! I managed to change the pin on the watch.
What I was trying to explain, also for the benefit of others that you can change the pin code either in your watch or in a phone. Given a choice it would be easier to do in a phone. It does not matter since this PIN code follows the SIM card from one device to another. The code you entered does not stay in the device you used to set it up.
This is from the AT&T support page. "Lock SIM card with PIN code
For security, you can require a PIN code in order to use your SIM card in any device. This PIN code follows the SIM card from one device to another." You have an option to either lock or not lock your phone using the Sim card code.
They caution not to forget your new code or you may lock yourself out of your phone (watch).
Update: when I searched for this feature on my I4Air using Settings Search it is not available as an option under Security Settings. Same for my LES 1.
