Anyone who has the black screen issue after removing faces from the watch - I need to know if you downloaded the faces from the internet using the add face function on the watch - or copied faces from your PC to watch using the usb cable?
I did install a few faces with the USB cable but did not delete the one I was using (a stock face). The problem may have happened a few minutes after I deleted the manually installed faces. I donāt remember clearly the order of events. I installed a SIM (watch powered off) just before (a few minutes) the screen went blank though.

Did you download any from the internet? Using the stock launcher + button to download faces? Or just usb transfer only?

The problem occured after dowloading faces from the internet.Before that I put some faces on from Wiiwatch2 , but no problems after that. Iādont remember if i did use the add face function. All I know for sure is that after re-organizing my clockface directory I had the black screen. The first time I was able to get it back because I had access to recent apps and I could give the watch a factory reset. The second time i was re-organising my hardrive I had no recent apps and so I am stuk now.

For me it was after transferring all the faces I had on my les1 to the lem7 via USB
How to make a hard reset smart watch?
I have the same problem. Deleted the dial. Dark screen, but the clockwork works.

They are not the same. A hard reset just reboots the watch to normal if it is froze or not operating correctly and won't start or shutdown normally. To do a factory reset you have to go to settings.
I strongly advise people to enable USB debugging on their watches.
It allows you to run adb reboot recovery from your PC if you get stuck like this.
it will reboot to the screen tat says āNo Commandā this is stock recovery.
If you press the main button for a few seconds it will go from this screen to the recovery options.
From here you can wipe cache and reboot. This will reset the watch.
To use adb tools Google minimal adb and fastboot and install it.
I will upload the official firmware after I have tested it - hopefully later this week
LEMFO have sent us samples so we can provide after sales support so once they arrive I will make it available in the new thread I have created.

Have you tried long press on the black screen and swiping to the left until you get to the end? Or is this not possible?
