Ok, I understand it like this: you send back at your own expense and then get a full refund of the amount you paid. That sounds fair to me. And then buy a new one when you find a special offer again.

Mostly people have a reasonable experience with Lemfo.
But occasionally itās a bit crazy.
It benefits no-one by documenting yours experience in the public space where people go for tech support.
So I will remove those posts if they are still there when I get out of bed.

Btw, if I ever get a working watch I will be attempting to compile Evolution X (an aosp based rom) for this watch. I used my lock down time ans experience of being on the testers team to learn how to build roms from source.
This might be a stupid question but how do I get this to pair normally with my phone? Is there a way to make it function the way a Samsung Gear does for instance? I want to be able to control the music on my phone from my watch and things like that. It doesnāt seem to actually be synced. Iām trying to avoid root if I can. Any insight is appreciated.
Watchdroid is the prefered choice of many if you have a android phone . You install this on your watch and phone .
Its a great connection app

It definitely functions the way I wanted. Does anyone know if there are any launchers that will give me a proper lockscreen? Iāve been playing around with most of the top rated ones and I canāt figure out how to make it have a real lock screen
Oh it is for tech support.
What we do here is offer tech support for watches which includes the OS, firmware and apps and obviously a very significant watch face design and development section.
Hardware is something that we canāt do
Obviously we are not able to do that because we donāt have any access to it and nor would we want to.
In some cases I am able to assist with clearing up the language barrier between the vendor and the customer. But this is only something that I can do personally and only if I have the time.
The mods here cannot do this. Itās purely just because I have a relationship with SOME brands.
Itās not why we are here. Itās just a bonus.
So there is a fairly significant difference between tech support and defective hardware support.
I hope this helps clarify the situation.
As your personal case goes I will talk to you about it seperately.

The face lock screen works well in the stock firmware.
You can have just a pin number if you want.
Just curious about why you are not happy with the stock security lock screen?
I would be careful using third party lock screens.
Only because I have noticed a few people have had issues and ended up having to flash firmware because they are locked out of their watch.
Gidday blaster3k. Just a couple of points. My Lemfo T happily plays music over my cheap Bluetooth earphones without a problem. It also works while using the fitness app. Just start the music then begin the fitness selection. Should work OK. The step indicator runs all the time and resets to 0 at midnight and is separate from the information for exercising. Swipe up for weekly graph then left for daily steps. I agree, it is an awesome watch.

As a heads up - if you post duplicate posts around the forum - your account will automatically get put on hold.
You basically need to do a full factory reset or flash the whole firmware instead of just the system partition.
