Have you made sure that hidden files are visible in windows explorer ?
This is the first time we have seen this error so I am having trouble understanding how it is possible.
Have you clicked on the file manually in the flash tool to see if the tool can actually see the file?

one suggestion for the 2.1 firmware: go into the folder of the first download and check whether trustzone.bin is present or not. If it isn’t there then copy it from the new download, if it is there then copy the scatter file from the new download instead(just rename the old one)

Yes hidden files are visible. There are 6 fewer files in 2.0 and 2.1 when compared to early release 1.8, my last successful flash.
Since OTA with Google fix is eminent, I’ll just wait. No worries… Thanks for your help.

Thanks but trustzone.bin is missing from both downloads 2.0 and 2.1. I am very uncomfortable moving files at this point. I really appreciate your suggestions but I’ll just wait for OTA.

Root packages included for those that need it.
I’m not going through how to use it though. Already explained a thousand times - if you don’t now find out or don’t use root.
And yes - trustzone.bin is in there - same as all the others.

Yep, As I said in the top post.
OTA is coming - make sure you perform a full factory reset of the watch after installing OTA.
OTAs have been released not just for the Prime but also most other devices.
Prime SE included.
@G1NT0N1C they say array r13 was fixed in this one as well…
I hope this is true.
Obviously I have flashed the new firmware but have not tested array r13. Sorry

Shouldn’t i ask how to root? I search a lot for instructions but i didn’t find exact instructions, from first step till the last, at least in English. Is it possible please, to tell the exact instructions, step by step? Or give me a link where to find them… Thank you very much.

Just have a look at the development section.
But I’m just trying to stop people thinking they need to have root access - if they don’t need it.
I guess my point in what I said earlier is:
If you need it you will know (or research what you need to know) what to do…
Generally speaking, if you don’t already know, then you don’t need it.
It’s very easy to cause serious problems if used without knowledge.
I guess this is also why mobile phone brands are making it very difficult to achieve root access.

Hi…I have the kospet prime 3+32 for some time now. And I have never gotten an update. I flashed v1.8.b manually. I read that a lot of people get the OTA automatically. Is there an other way to get the OTA?

The SP Flashtool version I’ve been using is V5.2020 - released May 18th 2020. I’d suggest getting the newest one from here: From MTK Note that I have checked this download at www.virustotal.com and it is 100% clean. Some previous versions I’ve checked showed trojans or a virus in them (possible false positives) but this new version is totally clean.

@goodforlife - Odd because trustzone.bin is in the downloads I got here. Perhaps something in Windows or your AV is hiding the .bin file since those are a file type which has a lot of power to do damage in a Windows system if not handled correctly.
