after midnight NYC time on the 27th does it mean submission before 23:59 hours 26 th or 23:59 27 th

Just under 2 hours to go.
I must admit - I did not think the term “Midnight NYC time 27th Sept” would cause a misunderstanding 
Can only have one midnight per day - even in New York 
Anyway - after that time we will be gathering all the emails and collecting all the downloads.
These will then be sorted and submitted for judging.
As you can imagine - this is a considerable amount of work.
Please remember that the Chinese holidays start from 30th Sept (even though official date is Oct 1st)
The holidays run as follows and winners will probably not be announced until AFTER this period.
