@Dr_Andy_Vishnu is right and it does support 4G Sim. But please check with your service provider first. Some do not accept Chinese IMEI numbers.

I have sent an e-mail with preview images and work file sources but i do not know how to save the watch face designer as skin so I sent the source working file with the images in a zip file is this accepted ? and if not can I resend the Email with the correct way ?

Have you read this?
When you create a face you choose to save the design as a zip file.

2 Generate a img_clock_preview.
3 reposition the battery information. for dial digital
