Yes - you can
Just read up on it here and make one (very easy) Watchface Designer or search for ones already created.

You can’t “convert” it.
You just use the universal launcher which is posted on this forum.

No, APK watchfaces are not supported anyway.

Do you mean .watch file not .apk ? If so as @pablo11 said it work with UL
