You can’t “convert” it.
You just use the universal launcher which is posted on this forum.
No, APK watchfaces are not supported anyway.
Do you mean .watch file not .apk ? If so as @pablo11 said it work with UL
He said WearOS so I assume .watch format. Not clockskin…
