Brand new Prime 2 not charging

Currently wireless charging is affecting the wifi so charging will remain the same for now . As for your watch i would contact Kospet

LoL guys you are starting to scary me with these charging problem

There is nothing to be scared of ?

The loading problems only affected a few early Prime 2. These have probably all been replaced by now.

If it’s not secret where did you buy watches?

@Armen_Tangyan
I haven’t purchased any watches but if I did I would go to the official store for the brand I was buying.

Why do you ask?
Do you want a link to the Aliexpress store?

Just watching peiple’s review just wonder to know where did they buy from.
Me buy everything from alibaba cause there easy to communicate and prices are pretty cheap
I wonder if there better site for buying gasgets like smartwatch

As I said, it’s always better for after care to buy from the brand official outlet and that is normally on Aliexpress…
But at the end of the day it’s up to you.
I can only speak from experience.

Hi guys! Same for me here.

I was completely satisfied with my KOSPET Prime 2 until Saturday morning (20 day of no problem with it)

I’ve been charging it allmost every night with a Samsung USB adapter , since I’ve been using it instead of my cellular phone.

But since Saturday morning my watch doesn’t charging any more.

When I connect it on any USB charger, the Icon changes to make me know it is charging, but in reality it isn’t .

I’ve tried even to uninstall all of my apps and reboot it but there is no change in its behaviour.

I was charging it the whole night with the watch even switched off from Saturday evening to Sunday motring but instead to be charged in the morning, i’ve got even some percent less than the evening before.

My issue is the same like described here in this topic.

The cable is OK, I am able to connect to the PC and the pins conduct the electricity, I’ve tested them with the electronic tester.

My e-mails couples of Kospet e-mail addresses result in total ignorance - read it as : no reply in 5 working days.

Any suggestions?

Where did you purchase it from?

Hi all. A little feel good story for ya’ll. :grinning:

I purchased two Prime 2’s when Kospet put out the first release last November. The first one I opened, worked without issue, for the better part of 5 months then experienced battery issues and completely died. The 2nd one didn’t last than a couple of weeks before experiencing the same fatal flaw, after putting it to use. I did do some occasional maintenance charges on it though while was stored but never actively used it.

I contacted Banggood, who I presale purchased them through in October, to see what options I had, if any, regarding replacement or refund. I didn’t get very far with them before they pushed me in the direction of Kospet for a remedy.

After some minor conversations with @pablo11 here in the forum and at his urging to do so as well, I did reach out to the Kospet after sales team (Dept) and found that they were more than willing to replace the watches (once I returned the two I had problems with) and reimburse me for the shipping costs. The only thing is, they asked that I find and use the cheapest method possible to return them (which I understand) but it’s not cheap to send things to China from the USA so they accepted, without issue, the cheapest cost I could find ($72 USD).

From start (when I sent them back) to end (when they hit my mailbox) took about 18 days. I kept track of their movement going to China and kept Kospet in the loop the entire way. As a matter of fact, I used the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship them to China and Kospet used the USPS to ship them back to me. I thought that was way cool!

The day they hit Kospet, they immediately reimbursed my shipping cost and sent out the 2 replacement watches.

They were very attentive and professional through the whole process and the replacement watches have had some nice, updated features added since the first release. Hopefully I won’t have to reach out to Kospet again but if I do, I have 100% confidence that they’ll do their best to resolve the problem.
