Can someone give me the exact address where to send the watch to be repaired since I’ve threw the cardboard box with the sender’s data in the trash. I won’t wait for their answer what to do with it any more. They’ve been rude to me not having answered to my 4 or 5 e-mails in one week.

KOSPET after-sales = no comment for now (I would use other words but want to remain polite)

Hi pablo11 !

I’ve purchased it directly from KOSPET. Through their web site.

@LexyTeigens see the following pics. The first pic shows the address they provided for my return. The second pic is from another FAW member who provided me with the same address PLUS additional info (which Kospet asked me to provide as well in a later email). Follow these to T.

Plus I recommend that you do a couple more things. Take pics…lots of pics…. of the watch prior to packaging, various states of the packaging process, the package itself once sealed, the package with the address showing…… and whatever else you feel is pertinent. You can never have too many pics. It kind of like self protection.

Also, continue to email them. Regardless of their response or lack thereof. Inform them the package is coming and include some of the pics.

Above all, BE NICE. I can tell your frustrated with how things have turned out with the watch and their lack of response but BE NICE. I know you want to be the center of attention in this situation but you have to remember that you’re not the only one whose experienced this problem. It’s seems pretty widespread which means they’re most likely inundated resolving this problem for others as well as taking care of the normal day today activities.

My interaction with them was nothing short of professional with top notch customer service. Except for a couple of minor hiccups, the whole exchange was quick and painless. As @pablo11 has stated, they stand out from other sellers. They are willing to take ownership in the fact that the first release of watches had problems and they are willing to make amends by exchanging/offering refunds on account of it. I consider that stand up because in all reality, you are at their mercy for help and being rude to them, despite how you feel you’ve been treated, won’t be conducive to getting things exchanged.

Good luck!

Sadly after my power button failure my replacement watch stopped charging after only two weeks of use. Loses charge while charging on either PC or samsung charger and even when switched off. So I ran it right down to 0 % re-started till it wouldn’t restart anymore and then charged for 8 hrs and got it up to about 6% and finally up to 12% after over 24 hrs. A further 8 hours made no difference at all.

Kospet (who I have been exceptionally polite and flattering to) have treated me with great respect and have agreed to replace if I sent it back to them again. They asked if I could find a cheaper service (than $80US) but I can’t because of the battery, insurance and tracking add on costs. They had already paid for return of my previous watch (power button failure). So I volunteered to cover the cost this time because I genuinely do not want their experience in bringing these cutting edge products to us to be a no win for them. I want them to succeed and bring us more great products.

I know it is great to see a company covering return shipping costs but I think when they are obviously struggling with a QA issue that is causing multiple returns (one way postage & replacement of even one in ten could be crippling) it is equally nice to show them some support when you can.

Thank you Cigarcia !

We are all emotional creatures, more or less !
So suppressing the angry when it comes to a disaster (useless watch after just three weeks of regular use) is quite a difficult thing. But You’re right. Writing text in affect is the worst that one can do.
I’ll follow Your suggestions word by word and wait for the answer to my mail and/ or for a replaced /new same watch.

I’ve wrote them that a replacement battery or two (that I am willing to pay if they send me a proforma invoice) would be an option for me. But still no answer.

The price of the watch is so low, that even if I break the warranty by doing a battery change (if I get one from them) would not reppresent any problem for me.

I’ve become really dependant on that watch since it had the ability to totally replace my phone. Which I’ve expected from it from the beggining.

If I would know in advance that buying a second one while waiting for a replacement for the broken one, would result in a problem-free purchase (I mean in a watch that would not have the same issues), than I would go for it.

But reading this and other forums and topics, related to this watch, showed me that this watch has really something to do with the poor-quality battery or a poor quality charging controller chip.

So I will wait for some weeks /months to see if the things will change. They simply should not afford this kind of quality of this watch and still advertizing it.

Thank You again.

I faced a similar issue and the watch was not turning on, I finally noticed that one of the charging pins is not in proper contact with watch and was not charging. One of the pin was gone down while the other was properly erect.

Hi all. I have same issue with my prime se charging cable. Enybody knows how to fix it. Thank you.

If you are facing charging problems, first you may check whether the magnetic charger properly connects to the watch, sometimes it may not be properly in contact with the charging pins. Otherwise you may check the cable by connecting to a computer. I have sometimes faced an issue of cable needing to be adjusted for charging to work on mobiles. (like moving to left or right ).
