Should be factory reset and if still a problem it’s simply a matter of returning it.
Personally I have never seen this problem but I would be returning it if reset or flashing did not help.

I got this watch yesterday and want to know how to chatge it right to not damage battery.
So yesterday at night it was 80% after 7-8 hours it was 20 besides everything was turned off. Is it ok?
And 1 more thing.When I got it it was 51% charged it with honor 7x charging box in like 45 min it went to100% is it ok?
So guys I am counting on your advices.
Correction down to 60% not 20
I purposely use a low amp charger to get longer usage.
But, I think any regular phone charger (no fast charging) is adequate.
Or charging from pc USB socket.
But please, don’t just leave it on charge all night.
It’s not a good idea and you may have issues.

Well, everything has actually been said: take a charger with a low amperage, charging on the PC is also okay. Both are equally good. And overnight charging of this watch is not recommended.

By the way forgot to ask I watched smartwatch ticks and he said that update android and do factory reset

Yes, it is recommended to perform a factory reset as soon as you receive the watch. Charge it completly before.

The reason for this is that unneeded data remnants that could have arisen during an update are deleted. Sometimes the watch has already received an update before it reaches you.

What about battery usage ? Smartwatchticks says that with wifi turned on 8hours spend 15% battery
But mine without anything turned on used 20%???
By the way I connect to 5ghz wifi

Thats is why a factory reset usually fixes most things so do this and start again . If you have everything turned off and not using watch battery usage should be minimal .
