I charged battery last night to 100% and then put it into save mode. 6h later it was down to only 95%. It looks better now since I fully charged and discharged it a couple of times. I’ll keep an eye on it. But as I said I don’t use it for anything at the moment just notifications and Bluetooth call (more just notifications than actual calling).
This morning I just experienced quite a lot BT disconnections and I had to turn the BT off and of on both watch and iPhone and then re-pair a few times to make it work.
But I’ve got all services switched off except google play services.

i actually did'nt shut off google services just updates and sync and all fine. i've noticed that leaving the watch in charger the whole night can have a negative impact on battery life. i do'nt shut off wifi and gps at all only when i turn on bt i shut just wifi and i still get full usage i think the bt calls app has kinda of impact on battery life.

HI,

I have a KW99 too and my battery life is dismal.

I have Gsam battery checxker to try and see where I am losing it.

I have been leaving it on all night and getting the 100% so maybe I should stop doing that.

1 1/2 hrs later I am 87% 13% used.

Screen 10.49

WiFi 1.32.01
Hels Awake 20.38
BT 1.32.01
App Usage 13%

It says Battery life 8h.38 ( 5hr Active)
Screen on 2 h.33m (4h 5m max)

I never get this… I even get down to 5 hours and I am running out of battery.

Whilst this program does give me data, it drives me crazy for when I go to another screen I cannot get back with a slide. I have to push in the top button then go find the program again. Is this normal ?

I am using my WatchFace and Watch Droid with asst.

Any suggestion please. What would help me?

Thanks

oz

Now it is a couple of hours later…

GSM says Used 91% in 4h 25 mins
Screen 1:37.42
WiFi 3:25.04
Wake

54.9
BlueTooth 3.25.04
App usage 29%

Watch Droid ass 29.75
And sys 2%Screen on 2hr33 Active 4hrs 5mn

Time Remaining .12
LastSc0.17
Talk 0.23

Power Save shows this…
Super power
Screen  41%
Watch Idle 26%
Watch Droid 17%
Call Stby 3%And system 3%
Watchskin 2%
And OS  1%
Google Play 1%

WiFi drained my battery most. After going from WiFi to 3G my battery lasts for approx. 30-35 hours. Try to turn off WiFi, when not needed.

Thanks… Yes I have turned it and BT off and it does seem to be going down much slower.

I see that both the Wi-Fi and BT have the same usage amounts before I turned off Wi-Fi and BT.

I wonder why that would be ?

my w1 with gps on , wifi on, bluetooth to my phone, will last 4 hrs, and i’m not doing anything else…

I use Auto BT which turns on and off BT when I make calls using my BT headset. I have an app that turns Wifi on and off in the morning for 15 min and also in the afternoon. I keep 3G on all of the time as it is my only phone.

I get anywhere between 36 and 48 hours.

thanks, nice solution…
i will try, but i will not use sim…

Today I will kill the google service (the not persistent one) if is it possibile. The double play service appears always after the update of google play services. Anytime I reset my phone, I ve to upgrade google play in order to use WhatsApp. And then it appears

UPDATE. It’s impossibile to kill the process: I.e. even if I kill it then it starts again by itself…I try to reset again my watch to see if there two Google Play Services running

UPDATE 2: just been reset and two running google play

ok, that happened to me, you’ll need to flash the watch with the stock firmware it should fix the problem, if not let me know.

Any idea how I can do this on a mac? I have the same issue. Brand new W1 1 day old and 2 service running, battery drains in 4hrs using only BT for notifications. No BT calls, no music, no wifi... Please help.

Update: Watchfaces that were previously working have now stopped. From everything I have been seeing it sounds like I need to flash but only tools I see are for PC.

Hey,

Day 2 with allcall w1, awfull battery life, lasts 6h, battery monitor says its idle phone consumption, battery percentage jumps from 98% to 80% from nothing…
help!

Same here too. I tried everything here that was posted still no luck. Flashing firmware and Bluetooth on/off cell on/off etc. I think the 400 mah battery just can’t handle it or something wonky is happing.
I made sure not update play store, in fact, I haven’t even touched it after reloading the factory firmware. I get maybe 3 and 1/2 hours if that. I also tested with advanced task killer running try kill and process in the background that helped a little and got me another 30 min. Still bummer this watch battery. I thought this would be a good watch after watching all the videos on Youtube and reading reviews on GearBest.

I think these battery problems are software-reated somehow. My W1 has a pretty good battery life. It runs for 1,5 days now and has still 68% battery left, with 3G Network only. What also got me great battery life was to turn on airplane mode and then turn on wifi & bluetooth separately.

But how.............. ._. allcall team just says i have to turn off bluetooth, but it's the same xD

Okay, update for me. If I remove my SIM, don’t use my cell network. And just use BT and WiFi. I can get a full work day 10 hours with moderate use.

Contacted AllCall… what a waste of time…

I sent this email:

Hello,

I have just received a brand new W1 Smartwatch which I purchased from Geekbuying.com. I have used it for 2 days now and am having severe issues with the battery only lasting for 4-5 hours with Bluetooth only being turned on. I have tried everything to see what is causing this and it is unbearable! Also many of my watch faces which worked the first day now do not work and simply cause the watch to crash, after doing the factory reset.

Many users online have recommend flashing the device with factory firmware, as I have 2 Google Play services running that I am not able to kill and they are likely what is draining the battery. See this thread online with multiple users reporting the same issue! /thread/1792/battery-draining I have done a factory reset twice from the watch, and still not able to see battery life improve. I would try to flash watch if I had or could find the firmware for this watch, and if there were tools available for me to do this on a Mac.

I am very unhappy with this watch at present, and before leaving bad reviews on websites and Social Media, I wanted to give you the opportunity to fix this experience.

Please help me here.

And this was the response I got:

Dear custommer,

Thanks a lot for your support and favor.

The battery comsuption it depends on your using ,if you using it continuously with many app, it indeed will bring large battery comsuotion.

Thanks for your understanding.

Best wishes,
AllCall

Where can I get the firmware file so I can attempt to flash? I literally have nothing but BT running and my batter sucks! Also after my factory reset on the watch… clock faces no longer load so I’m stuck with a preset face.

Anyone else getting double notifications? I get a notification of email from OutLook and then a second notification of the same email from the phone… I can read the text of the email from Outlook but the one from the phone just says I have new messages… its really pointless.
