Any idea how I can do this on a mac? I have the same issue. Brand new W1 1 day old and 2 service running, battery drains in 4hrs using only BT for notifications. No BT calls, no music, no wifi... Please help.
Update: Watchfaces that were previously working have now stopped. From everything I have been seeing it sounds like I need to flash but only tools I see are for PC.
sorry, not using mac so do’nt know how, honestly the draining got to do with software issues cos on my kw99 which almost the same as the w1 has great battery life even now on bt, gps and wifi 24\7 i get 2 days of usage with out 3g with notifications and using it mainly for working out so music via bt for about 2hrs. if the company wo’nt fix this issue via ota the only other solution is to wait and see if kingwear will release the upgraded KW watches.

What are you using? For me I get good battery life with Blue Tooth on and WiFi only. But as soon I put my SIM in battery drops and lasts maybe 3 hours.

That's the problem, i'm not using nothing.
I woke up 2 hours ago, and half an hour ago it was on 99% and now is 94%, not even using it. further more to the lunch time it will get even lower.
No app installed, airplane mode ON, no bt, no wifi, no gps, screen off, no nothing...
If i turn on bluetooth i lose like 5% battery for heach 5-10minutes…
I think it’s been a waste of 90€ that i paid, i have a paypal dispute open, and they only say to turn bluetooth off, but i don’t even use the bluetooth anymore…
I’m getting frustrated… i don’t know what to do…
I’m thinking other ways, low cpu clock, unninstall play store services…
I always vouched for the specs and not the BRAND it self… get this watch prove me wrong.

If you have nothing on. I would think it may be a defective battery. Have you tried contacting the vendor for a refund or maybe replacement?
I have a paypal dispute open, but the seller keeps avoiding a refund or a replacement, they keep focusing on a problem that is unsolvable by me, the client.
They keep saying it’s the bluetooth … but i don’t even have it on.

Just in case anybody else comes looking into this issue. With the SIM in the watch draining the battery. For me, I found a fix. If you are in the US and you are using T-Mobile you need to add them in the APN, using this doc. support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28474
The APN's in the watch from the factory are outdated for T-mobile. After I added the APN and applied it and restarted the watch I can now get a full days use.
FYI I’m doing some structured battery testing - but I’m only at the beginning. As a data point for you, however - with every radio off, brightness at 75% during the day, 25% at night, “wrist flip” feature off, but “pedometer service” on - for this first test I’m really using it as a watch only - and pushing a button to see the watch face - it’s been 36 hours since I charged my W1, and the battery is reporting 47%.

It depends from person to person, but if i can't even use it for my phone's notifications, i can't see a use to this smartwatch..
Hi,
I have the same issue:
BT off, WiFi off, Airplane mode on, no synchronization
no app installed, vrist gesture activated
The battery is doing well the first couple hours after charging (an almost horizontal line in the power saving menu) but then it starts to fall down rapidly (up to 20 % in half an hour)…
Factory reset done, smartwatch delivered with AllCall_V1.3_B_20171017…
I have almost no experience with Android, any idea, what can be done?

Opening a paypal dispute or email the seller for a refund, there’s not much that can be done here, i guess is a standard problem.
