@christ If this was an attempt to be funny, you failed miserably.
A lot of work has gone into fixing various issues. The feedback was almost zero. I couldn’t find anything from you either. Instead of making stupid jokes while others are kicking their asses to solve problems- sorry, but I can’t eat as much as I want to puke right now.

I have post here problems who aren’t unsolved and many of the Google Spreadsheet aren’t unsolved too…

For Christ’s sake, don’t use that word on a public forum… Pun intended but it is for your sake.
Just because someone gets upset about what you said doesn’t mean you can use that language here.
We actually have plenty of members who are under the age of 18.
Anyway, if you have issues that have not been fixed it would be far more constructive to say what they are.
I need that feedback because all I have so far is a huge list of issues and no one has let me know what’s fixed.
I know what I have been told is fixed but hardly any feedback after each OTA.
As far as I am aware, only the video call audio not available when Google assistant is running is still a problem…
Anyway, just so you know… Using that type of swearing is normally a banning offence.
Which is reasonable.

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Lemfo LEM 16 because I can’t send a WhatsApp message with “ok Google” or even a normal SMS? I thought it was identical to a cell phone. I specify that I have a SIM card inserted and I have installed whatsapp connected via browser with the QR code so as not to delete the account from my mobile but the strangest thing is that not even a simple SMS works. Why ?
Hi . I dont fully understand your question. However here are a few things
Are you making sure your apps are running in the background ?
Have you installed the whatsapp app from the playstore ?

yes of course i installed whatsapp on the play store and i have all the required permissions “running in the background, without battery optimization and everything you mentioned”. My question is “why my lemfo fails to send a WhatsApp message or a simple SMS via Google assistant” Hey Google send a message to …" I did a test from the messages apk without using the assistant but writing on the keyboard and so it works Is it a limitation of all watches or is it just my problem ?
You need to check the permissions granted for Google Assistant.
It needs full access to your apps.
I would remove google assistant and install fresh from the play store.
Grant all permissions.
Go to the Optimisation app on the watch and turn off the Clean Task option completely.

I already have everything disabled and it doesn’t work. When I try to voice dictate a plain text message (no whatsapp) it says “sending message failed try later”. At this point I ask you if it works for you or if it is a problem with the firmware 1.4 … I await your reply . Thank you .
Moved this conversation to the Z40 thread hoping that other people will be able offer some advice regarding Google Assistant from the questions above.
Unfortunately I don’t have enough time to go through all this again, but I suspect that there is a clash with the built in assistant app or a broken permission.
It might be worth installing Settings Search (easy to find here on the forum using the search function) and check the accessibility options.
There is also a setting in keyboard settings for voice typing using Google which needs to be selected.
In the Manage on screen keyboard menu. You can see in the photo below that it is disabled by default

I also checked with setting search and everything is already enabled. I don’t know how to do it anymore, I also deleted data and cache in the Google apk, I uninstalled the apk assistant and reinstalled but nothing changed. For now I have exported in apk format a profile that I had for many years in tasker on my mobile phone which makes me send SMS with Autovoice but it is not always accurate. I will try to make a profile also for whatsapp in the meantime that someone has a solution for me … Thanks Pablo

Hello, i use succesfully Google assistant to send SMS by voice but with Message by google apk and not the native SMS apk of the watch.

Yep, I was thinking that the custom SMS app would be a reason… And it is for SMS.
Whatsapp should be working fine though.
That’s why I thought it may be another problem as well.
Yes, I had already installed the Google SMS apk yesterday but it didn’t work. Now as if by magic after a few hours I managed to send a simple SMS with the Google assistant and I don’t remember if I had it as default it’s a strange thing.
While whatsapp still doesn’t work with the assistant it tells me “there are no whatsapp numbers for contact x”. I have to remind you that I installed whatsapp but I added my phone number with the QR so I’m actually using the web version. Could this be the problem, what do you think?
