Sounds like a hardware problem to me. You can flash the latest firmware by installing the drivers and loading the firmware into the flash tool - then connect the watch by usb and press the power button until it reboots.
On reboot - it will flash.
If you still have the same problem you will have to return it to the seller.
Not sure I understand properly. New firmware from june 22nd? Or is it a typo it’s july 22nd? Just let me know, my Thor4 firmware (on LEM7) was dated somewhere near june 22 so just wondering if this is a newer firmware than june 22nd.

So you don’t use 4G?
As I said before, it was just about enabling calls with 4G.
Before the update the watch used to default to 2G very often and then phone calls were difficult to make unless you manually switched bands.
This version keeps 4G selected as default and seems to work quite well.

I need some help, trying to upgrade firmware on my Thor, I have done this before so happy with process but this time I accidentally disconnected the watch while the flashtool was running, now watch is stuck on Zeblaze logo - any ideas what I can do or have I bricked it?
Mine was set to 3G as you recommended earlier(didn’t help with older firmware) I will set to 4G and see if it still get stuck like before.
I kinda got used to set my watch on airplane mode when I am in area with low signal, the drain of battery is too high(less then 10h on standby) so I am kinda forced to do it to get enough battery till home.
@ mick353 try to read the whole thing then comment, the problem was with networks that does not have 2G at all, only 3G and up.

Cool - thanks. Let us know if you find any improvement. The 4G for calls has been enabled and the manufacturer asked us to test it.
Seems to be working for most. The LEM7 has the same updated FW.
Just so you know - the firmware is official and comes directly from the manufacturer.

You should still be able to flash again.
Use the firmware upgrade option in SP Tools.
This should be ok.
It’s actually quite difficult to permanently brick these devices

How do you change the ringtone and notifications to favorite music on the watch. I have music loaded pn my watch and I want it to be my ringtone. I even have custom notifications sounds. Usually on andriod u can create a folder named notifications and it will show up in you sounds settings but for my watch it isnt there.

On the LES1, it was on the watch itselfes when you were using the dialer. On the LEM7, on both Thor4 or LEM7 firmware, no BT calling that I know of, where did you found that? (screenshots?)
i’m checking i used an app at first and i thought it was it then i thought it was the watch and phone so now not sure, i am checking it so for now sorry can’t say if the app works or the A7 watch works.
