For those using watchdroid with A8 depending on the version ( not all ) can have random disconnects. Ticking this box will fix the issue perfectly

Hi, i wanna ask can we use watch droid phone for Zeblaze Thor Ultra 4G 2024 or Zeblaze Thor SQ (square)? because when i see the review both of it is stand alone android smart watch, and its different from another full android watch, the UI is more like a regular phone on a watch body.
So i need to know what will happened if i use watch droid on this watch, before i decide wanna buy it or not.

wow nice, so the notification will pop up same like the others, it can reply from the watch using keyboard or voice, am i rite?
is there any difference with the notification pop up appearance on rounded and square screen?

The only serious problem you might face is the shut down of the 3G bands for cellular calls.
We are all facing the same problem.
Basically 4G calling appears to work because it hands off cellular calls to 3G.
4G data works fine, so until they close 3G, you should not notice any issues.
If you are one of the lucky people who have a cellular provider with open security, you will be fine.
Otherwise, like the other 95% of us, you will need to use it data phone calling app after 3G is shut down.
Something like Whatsapp will keep working, for example.

Hello, is it possible for watchdroid to disable incoming whatsapp calls notification only, but still get notification for whatsapp messages?
You can define notification filters in watchdroid for individual apps. Maybe it will work if you filter “call” in WhatsApp.
I haven’t tested it, so there’s a chance it won’t work. I don’t have a better idea.

Hi,
A few days ago I’ve installed it, since my main faw app, Gaofit, seems to be finishing their official support for my lemp watch. It’s a really, really good app. The only “issue” that I found is that the Bluetooth connection is through the secondary Bluetooth chipset (which is used to pair the watch with other Bluetooth devices and can be turned on or off) and not through the dedicated Bluetooth chipset from the watch, which is the NRF52832 on it.
I have checked with them.
I thought I said that as far as they are concerned, it’s still working. Maybe I forgot.?
So they are checking it out and trying to find the problem.
Maybe I forgot to tell you… But I thought I did.
Anyway, I’ll let you know when I have heard more from them.
EDIT - Just heard from them, after they checked out the Gaofit problem.
