Vwar Nebula X Android 11 Smartwatch

Darn. Thanks for the fast response.
I have - I can reboot the watch no problem, but it won’t make it past recovery.

I have not loaded any custom skins, faces, etc, no.

I see that as a new user, I have a low trust level - Makes sense.
Anyway, I cannot factory reset as I am not able to use vol keys (There are none, of course) but I can reboot just fine. Is there anyway of me resetting this to factory or is it most likely bricked?

What is on the screen during " recovery " ?

You might be lucky after a reboot after battery dies

Use volume up/down and power.

Can’t load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device."

And my two options are:

“Try again” (Default choice)
“Factory data reset”

If you press and hold the lower button does it not give you a slider volume control ? Cannot see how this will help you factory reset but if that what it says try it

The doctor is right. Since flashing the firmware is not an option, the only option is to wait until the watch is completely drained. Then charge it and try to start again.
Alternatively, you can try opening the watch to briefly disconnect the battery. This also sometimes helps.
But since the firmware is not available, there are no other options - except to contact the seller and request a refund.

Thanks a lot to both of you. I’ll see if I can send it back for a refund.

I’ve been on the lookout for a watch with a full Type C port for a while now. I was excited when I found this device a few weeks ago.

I never did get to test VoLTE - If I get it booted again, I can pop in my T-Mobile SIM and give it a try and report back.

Good luck. Hope you sort this out

Sorry, just saw this.
Yep, the only option is to disconnect the battery or go through the shear hell of returning it.
In my experience, they will make it almost impossible to return it or it will cost you a lot of money :frowning:

These are the main reasons why we don’t support them.
No access to the firmware.
Terrible customer service.

I hope it works out ok :+1:

Thanks, I’m interested if I can’t get a dm101. Looks like Lokmat now has a version too btw

Thats three versions now. I’m convinced as @pablo11 said that it is NOT a MTK board. After a lot of digging i am convinced that its A11 qualcomm.

I have a Z40 watch with an Unisoc SoC claiming A11. What are methods to detect if it’s fake A11 or not?

That’s fascinating. Why would they lie about a Qualcomm?

Z40 is A11 for sure.
I have worked on the code

It’s likely to be Unisoc or it is MTK and the engineering shortcut tools are not working. They need developer options to be enabled to work correctly.
They will not be using Qualcom for sure.

Wow thanks!

I have received this watch X11 Model (8gb ram-128gb rom), a little long to install my apps and data because delivered with a simple usb charging cable ( not 4 pins with data ) so cannot connect it to my computer to manage it. i will make a more detail review later about this watch.
