Vwar Nebula X Android 11 Smartwatch

In the video tutorial to installing GSI, the link in description literally contain the stock ROM
I don’t know why everyone in this group is so toxic
Instead of just denying it maybe spend some time to research
Instead of saying everything won’t work in android 8.1 watch, other people in the smartwatch full android group have done installed android 10 on it, done using the sensor on it, made universal launcher version 4 work on it perfectly
There’s another world outside this website where everyone is helpful and actually tries to make things better
You can delete my message, but if you choose so, your website will die eventually and smartwatch full android group grows

I don’t understand why you think someone should delete your post. Why are you so angry? You’ve only been a member of this forum for a few minutes and you’re already furious? Maybe you should try a friendly “Hello to all members here” or something similar? But of course, you can always just start ranting instead.

There’s no need to crack the shits with us, thanks.

To be honest, we are not aware of this and haven’t seen any information about the firmware that you talk about.
We are not being obstructive, we just don’t support these watches.

If you want to open a section on this forum that people can use to discuss development and GSI, be my guest.
Talking about and developing software is fine for users to discuss, I can’t help unfortunately because I can’t get any support from the solution provider for these devices and I can’t even get the stock firmware from them.
They are totally closed off to end users and us.

But please feel free to open a thread in the General section or similar, and see if people want to engage.
It would be useful to provide links to where this development has been happening, in the new topic when you open it.
Giving credit to the people who are working on it too.

I appreciate that you are a new user, but very soon you will be able to do most things that you require (opening topics for example)

I think he talk about this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAZSQFSqHC8

Maybe, but there could / should be a new topic opened for this.
Thanks @christ but, why doesn’t anyone open up a dedicated topic for more advanced users?

My concern about leaving this in a simple topic without any guidance or advice might lead to people attempting to do something that might be way out of their skill range.

Anyway, I made my point and I hope that the few people who are interested in this will create a new topic

Edit, we have spoken to the dev made it clear that this topic is welcome here.

I told them about two years ago that they should prepare because a wave of watches with A8.1 was coming and they didn’t believe it. Now they see that they are being left alone because of all the new developments. They are for these watches.

For this reason, these 4 groups were formed separately on Telegram and then we got to know each other and formed a great brotherhood where there is only selfless collaboration where it was forged The Clockskin 4.0 update. Here are the groups so you can check them out whenever you want. Everything’s free!

Well, personally, I’m extremely reluctant to use Telegram. But perhaps it would be a good idea to create a dedicated section here where results can be published and discussed. I would welcome that, and I think everyone would benefit from it.

My criticism of these A8 watches has always been about the software; the hardware is sometimes quite good, at least for the price.

You always have the option to install a new GSI with A10 and make it identical to your smartphone

Agreed.
We can’t support them but there is no reason why we should not have a section for people who want to make the best of them..

I warmly encourage this to happen. :+1::+1:

We have nothing against you, it’s just that we’re already way ahead of you and I feel that because of your stubbornness you’re falling behind.

Yes, we’ve been hesitant to engage with these A8 watches for a long time. Perhaps too long. The reason for this was that we’ve traditionally worked closely with the manufacturers. Unfortunately, this wasn’t possible with the manufacturer of these products.

I’m very impressed by the improvements now achieved with these watches. Personally, I wouldn’t have thought this possible without the manufacturer’s support.

In any case, our hand is extended, and I think everyone can benefit from a collaboration.

Yep, that’s what I was getting at.
Anyway, it’s all good and it’s all a choice.

It’s not a competition after all. :handshake:

Equally, we have no problem with any of the things going on in those chats and I was well aware of them.
I guess what we are saying is that even though we don’t support these watches, there’s no reason anymore why people can’t have a space here to talk about it and learn what they need.

When I say “support” all I mean is:

  1. we can’t get any stock firmware for them
  2. many of them are models we don’t have
  3. it’s harder to give answers to users questions given the above.

However, there’s no problem with everyone talking to each other here about it if that would help.

I will even assign a new Category for this if anyone is interested.

Let us know.

Cheers

Skill issue I guess

Ha ha, no…
I mean direct from the solution provider.
I have the firmware from Lokmat for the watch at the top of this topic.

I have no need for the others because I don’t own them.

As I said, this would be new section for people like you who have these watches and want to talk about them, post firmware, development etc…

Cheers

I’m not keen on getting into Telegram either, but I’ll consider it. Could you post a quick summary of what’s currently possible with 8.1 watches, and which ones in particular you’ve done it with?

@Bozley

I would like it if you can open a topic here.
Linking to Telegram is ok, but for many it’s good to have a central point of discussion

Is there something I can do to help this happen? .
