This was done by duraspeed, I have no idea if this works or not.
As mentioned above i believe duraspeed doesnt work. I reduce the apps permissions via settings / apps
After running Universal Android Debloater at the Advanced level, and turning off radio (wifi + bluetooth), I am getting about 5 days of standby time. It’s not bad.

The problem with the H18 is that apps are being killed in the background when the screen is off, even if every power saving & optimizing setting is disabled.
[edit] @Dr_Andy_Vishnu found the solution: enable acceleration mode.

Hi, is this watch have better specs than DM101, or it’s the same CPU?
Have you tried this
Settings - more settings - battery - app standby optimizer - select app - turn off app optimized - also in this section switch standby wakeup / standby sleep and standby network to no optimize
Settings - more settings - battery - auto launch management - select app in app auto launch and app secondery launch
Settings - apps and notifications - select app - data usage - turn on background data and unrestricted data usage

Yes, all of it. You can see it happen with this: HeartFit - track heart rate
Enable the overlay and turn the screen off for about 15 minutes. When you turn the screen on the overlay is gone meaning the app has been killed. This doesn’t happen on any of the A7,10&11 watches that have been supported here.
[edit] Enabling acceleration mode fixed my problems, thanks to the good doctor.

Could you please let me know how long does the battery last when fully charged? From what I read in some earlier posts, the battery is really bad. Did you do anything to improve the battery life? And is it an 1000mAh instead of 120mAh battery?
I’m not sure which manufacturer I should buy the watch from 'cause I don’t know which one is real and which one is fake. Is there any way to find out?
