Thank you for this quick response. I reflashed with spflastool the rom 1.3 then 1.4 with the firmware upgrade option, unfortunately the heart rate monitor application still does not work (the led is still off). However the LED works since it flashes when the watch starts.
Do you have another lead?

Unfortunately, I don’t have any firmwares for watches of this brand, because we don’t have any cooperation. My guess is that the firmware you are using is incorrect. Have you noted down the exact name of the original firmware?
Have you factory reset after flashing ?

yes, I did a factory reset after the flash.
The firmware used is C15_9850_THOR6_EN_V1.2_20201015G.
This is the one I have with the database file to fix the IMEI and Mac after I lost them.
I also have firmware C15_9850_THOR6_EN_V1.3_20201019G and ROM1.4.

It’s an Android Watch, not Android Wear, that’s why it doesn’t work.
If you install Universal Launcher, you can run “.watch”-faces in your watch.
