The Kospet PRIME Official post

I advise you to try Eric’s launcher.
It is a launcher developed by one of our moderators and support is available in the thread for universal launcher right here in his thread on this forum.

However, I just wanted to check that you have allowed the permissions needed.
Like draw over other apps,. Notification access etc etc…

Eric’s launcher is set to do this automatically on set up. Not sure about others…

@moni, @nlb Please post in english here. Thx.

i am sorry…will do. thx

okay,sorry.

If i understand correctly,you use the prime with sim.Without the phone.If yes,what is your daily usage?I mean how many calls,(in time),sms,etc. wifi,bluetooth,etc. on/off?.
For example i use with sim, without phone.Daily make a 5-6 calls in time 15-25mins.(all together),send and receive 10-15 sms/ day.Check the emails,if have notifications.Normally dont use wifi,B.T.(only on if really use it,after that shut it off),just the 4G. Of course check the time on display 10-15/day.When i go home,i hold my watch on table, not on my wrist. All night stay there. The screen brightness on level 2. In this configuratin of use my watch stay 2 day strong(its mean in the 3. day morning 8-9 i have 20-25% of battery life.Of coure if i use it more,or harder, its good for 1,5 day.Once surprised, when stay on 3,5-4 days.(with minimal usage,90% stand by)Hope this help.

Wow!!! My usage it’s about a tenth of your…and still can’t reach more than 8 hours. It might depends from the provider because I don’t see any other reason.

I dont think so.Because if your mobile phone battery dont dry so fast, than your watch too must dont dry so fast, because the same network.Okay,go from easy to hardest.:

1.Check out,you have off wifi, bluetooth, etc.Check out you have closed all back ground run apps.Go to the post 416.Download the battery calibration, and use it.

2.If the issue dont solve,go to the firs post, and flash to the newest version.

3.If dont help,90% your battery dead.
3.A or send email to support center from you have buy the watch.
3.B or go to watch master, and change the battery.
I hope the first step help solve the issue.
p.s.:i use t-mobile network sim

I have wifi,GPS,Bluetooth off. I keep out of the background cleaner list just WhatsApp in order to receive notifications. I was in Italy for a month lately (I am Italian but I live in n the Nederland ) and there in roaming on Tim network the battery life lasted much longer…and not only on the Kospet but also on the Lem T, which doesn’t need with a 2700 mpa battery. That’s why I got that feeling. And I might add that even when I am home in NL and I switch off mobile data and wifi on the battery last much longer, but using smart watches on standalone mode that doesn’t help me. Thx.

I tend to use 3g instead of 4g . Have u tested without whatsapp to see if whatsapp is using all your battery ?

Hi, 3g it’s not working since January in many European countries,so not an option. About WhatsApp : even not receiving messages or sending them can’t get more than 8 hours. Checking the usage percentage looks like the Android system it’s the top usage percentage. Thx for any tips .

I don’t see the battery calibration app I believe he is referring to, at post 416 but think it is this one, that I have recommended often.

https://apkpure.com/simulated-battery-calibration/io.batteryapps.batterycalibration

If you use it make sure to follow the on screen instructions for best results. It must charge to 100% not 99% or less to be accurate.

Hmm i see it under your post 415.I have checked this, and your suggestion under 415 post. The same app,but from different place.

Like i say,try Jonathan_Bickel battery calibrator,if not help, flash to newest filmware. If not help, change the battery. But,learning from my own case.Send a mail to support, where you buy the watch, because the time go,and if they have warranty time limit, you easily can go out of it.Of course,if you send the email, you can work on the problem in parallel.

I also suggest running this “Battery Repair” app before running the calibration app. I personally have had good success with both. This app has 10K+ 4.6 reviews. I usually only need to run them two or three times a year on watches, phone and tablet.

Thanks a lot! A curiosity : is it possible to use a sim card (not TMobile.nl - different phone number) on the smartwatch and connect the Kospet at smartwatch to use it and receive notification ? Wondering if i can receive calling / messages notification on the primary number using the other sim card and reply or recall with the Kospet.

Personally, I use in the Prime a sim card called “multi-sim” gived by my operator. My original sim card is in my smartphone.
That 2nd sim, in the Prime, works with the same number than my 1st sim.
When I receice a call, both devices ring.

Notice that the multi-sim have its own number. A technical number. And the operator does a transfer in real-time. With this system you can use your original number on both devices.

To receive a sms on the Prime, I use a third app on the smartphone, called “sms forwarder”. In this app, you enter the technical number of the multi-sim.

Many operators offer this possibility.

Very useful. No second number to give at all yours contacts. Leave your smartphone at home, you lose nothing, call or anything else.

abel i have search on T-mobile.hu what they can giv me via multi sim .Just uder 3 Euro/sim/month+unlimited net just under 13Euro/sim/month.Dont know the t-mobile .nl
If i understand you must use the sms forwarder, because you can only access SMS and MMS on the main SIM card!Say the t-mobile rule on his page. But if you must use this app, than you must always on net,on the second phone, not? And what with notifications from face, twit,or others? You must use another app on main phone, and the app send notification ,or you must use apps on the second phone too?
