Yess!
The same problem here.
I installed the app into the phone (with sim) and had same problem.
i think it got to do with the software of the watch, there are apps as i show on the video that i installed in the past with no problem but now i can't. did any of you got the latest updates for the x3+ and have this problem?
So I got answer from Samsung, but i dont think so, that they understand, what I asked… I really don´t like such corporate answers, which even they are long, saying nothing and absolutelly off topic…

Hello, my first post here

The cardiograph app is working fine. But I actually wanted to use one of the running apps like MeeRun and would like to see the HR within MeeRun.
So I can see the distance, pace, time and HR in one app.
But all the running apps I tested so far, are checking for BT-HR-Sensors and seem not to have access to the built-in HR-sensor.

i wonder if i’ll check the samsung store for the gear s series to see if there are apps which work with the builtin HR sensor…
I bought a heart rate band (Kyto) and installed Ibike, the only thing was I that i had to make a account on-line (Watch screen to small). But once up and running works fine. Battery dropped from 98 % to 70 % screen on al the time so for me not to bad.
I have a Lem5 and also get the sim card error for S health. I hope ther is a fix for it as it works fine on my old Samsung Gear S1 (with no SIM) I would love to have it running on the Lem5 also

Its too bad that theres not an interface trick or overlay app that would work with the Floating Action Buttons in Nike Run Club because I’ve recorded an indoor treadmill run on NRC on a KW88 and the distance is very accurate. But as Wanpanman points out you cant end the run.
What these round watches need is interface box that apps can run within that allows you to fully pan (move) around a larger screen space. (I didnt recall the FABs in the original Nike+ app so I actually found an old version and installed that but it suffered the same issue).
Can you clarify which Cardiograph app? There are several in the Play store. I have a KW88 and none of the Cardiograph apps I found used the internal sensor, just the camera. Does it work with the internal sensor on the D5+?
I have a new LEMFO Y3 and a Nexus 6 running Android 7. Since SinWear/WiiWear crashes immediately on my Nexus 6, I tried M2D both over network/wifi and bluetooth. But with both, I don’t get any notifications on my watch. Now I found this app here: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.michy.mirrordrin
It mirrors notifications across multiple devices, all you need is to login with your Google account. The free version allows 30 notifications per day, the premium version lifts this limit. Right now I’m testing the free version and–it works! At leas so far, I received all notifications on my watch so far, both over wifi and network.
UPDATE March, 4: I now bought the premium version. On wifi it works flawlessly, over 3G network, the notifications sometimes lag a bit, it takes up to a minute or so until it arives. Ok, I can’t answer to the notifications, but for me, that’s not important at all.

my target is 20000 steps a day:)) but i love that i can track food, sleeping it has an impact on battery life but i do’nt care i prefer it will do as i need it to do. so far it is the best app i found which has everything in it. and for running i use jogtracker.
Was able to install SHealth by inserting an old inactive SIM card… but gotta ask about sleep in SHealth… r u saying you manually enter sleep or that you’ve linked another app (such as Sleep as Android)? I see where I can manually enter sleep, but (the current version of) SHealth doesn’t seem to have a feature to track sleep on its own. Its screen message says “Use a sleep monitoring device to record your sleep data and sync it with the Sleep tracker”.
I’ve found that both Sleep Bot and Sleep as Android (both of which use the KW88 watch’s accelerometers) use a lot of battery life so am still looking for a better ‘on watch’ option!

you can use apps that sync with s health you can find them in the s health but i use just the s health for monitoring sleep and so far it works perfectly.

Thanks for your response and sorry to be kinda slow on getting this but I’m not understanding how (other than manually entering sleep hours). I went to sleep last night with SHealth running on the watch in the foreground but nothing was recorded. I cant see how i’d ‘initiate’ the action or activity. The “Sleep” option is ON under the Activities>Manage Items>Trackers and I have a sleep goal and hours set. Also ‘steps’ is defaulted to the watches motion.
I don’t see any other button, activity, or option to start to record sleep as is common on most sleep apps.
So how are you getting SHealth to ‘monitor’ your sleep? What am I missing? Thanks!
