i know it is’nt the i4 air or the i4 pro it is the same watch just different name you need to be sure which one is like yours and which version of firmware it has and you can use it on your watch.

Try looking under the Firmware section under the board that covers the I4 watches. After you go to the Firmware post its at the top under the Sub-board.

It would be beneficial if you would spend a little time learning your way around if you are going to be using this forum. I directed you to where the FW is posted. Again go to the I4 Board, shown here. Go to the last item, "Factory Firmware and Support" and click on it. On the next page at the top under "Sub-Boards" you will find the FW for the I4 watches you are looking for.

Hi, the supplier tell me that i should send the watch to them,they told me that they help me for uptade the firmware with BT call and they will send it back to me, i have scare that the watch lost in the delivery trayect. What do you think? should i will send it?
do you need the bt calling? does your watch work perfectly? if you still want to send the watch do this with tracking number that way you can be sure it will be delievered.

yes, guys, we will support all watches that we can, btw, when you have a watch that works perfectly and you have it over a year and there are no updates why would you need updates? mostly they come for fixing bugs so trust me as i said the less updates the better, i do'nt think ever a watch with A5 will be updated to A7 or even A6 but we hope now with more developers work with these type of watches we'll start seeing great custom roms.
I have the Allcall W1 with Bluetooth calling on it. You either have the Bluetooth calling or the fitness connection with messages & so on, but it will not do both at the same time. The Bluetooth works well, and you can answer calls on the watch easily. However, if you answer using the phone it sometimes connects to the watch mid call, which is a bit surprising.
