Thanks, I tried the suggestion method, factory reset, updated Google Maps, used the GPS test apps and waited a bit more than 30 minutes, no green GPS locked.
Next option I am trying is, to use GPS tether app from Play Store and tether my smartphone GPS to the H19. But it requires the H19 to enable GPS mock. But I cannot access the developer option to enable it. I think I have read somewhere here how to enable the developer option.
Strange as you have no green gps lock. Mine works fine with and without sim and no wifi ? To be honest its very fast. Tethering a waste of time as it doesnt sort your issue

Any other ideas can I try? Really need to use navigation on the smartwatch.
Is the GPS tether won’t do any good? I wanted to try out, but stuck at the developer option enabling.

Is the problem the same when you are in one of the square modes?
You can try Gboard. it allows you to adjust the kybd size as well as do voice typing.
For me if the GPS isnt working i’d send it back
