Hi everyone and thank you in advance. I’ve downloaded files and WF to my watch several times. Recently, I was trying to connect my Prime to my PC, but the transfer files screen neither the usb connection appears on my watch. I tried with other computers with the same results. Is there a setting that I’m missing or what? Thank you for helping me out.
The cradle is not easy to use, so try to turn a little the watch inside it.

give it a try, the cradle is also a known issue due to the pins. (same with my optimus)
worth a try for either cable, cradle pins, watch back pins.
