I am very curious about why @Steven_Wesley is having these problems.
This is the first time I have heard of this issue.
The only things that are not working are the stock weather app and watchface and app store and the update all of them i have to be teathered to the gaofit app for them 5o work.
Yep, so that means that you have a problem.

I have some problem with Kospet Oprimus allready the third time. My watch was allready exchanged 2 times. Now it died third time and Kospet donāt want to replace it. I have like always my pament confirmation from paypal sned all data. But funny on the site of Kospte in my Account there was 2 orders of teh watch. the order of the Optimus2 is now deleted suddenly. Some strange kind of service they have. I am so dissapionted with Kospet. The watches are working by the way about 3 months and then suddenly they stop. Any advice what could I do?
On one hand i can understand you but on the other hand they are just might be suspicious of 3 devices that stopped working, they should have considered that just maybe they got a bunch of devices that might be damaged ones. @pablo11
Have you used ONLY the charging cable that came with the watch? Does any moisture come in contact with the watch daily? Do you use fast charging charger with the watch? Did it get hot? Did it restart itself? I had watches that after few days stopped working as result of moisture and corrosion, the first lokmat 7 got corrosion damage still working but dont charge anymore and i got another device the same as the lokmat 7 just different name and works perfectly.
Another thing as the type of my work i bump into thing that also damage my watches but thisā¦one still alive:))

well there is no other cable that fit the watch. I have to use only the magnetic cable of the watch. i donāt really use it in a hardcore way. it is only a collector for my diabetes dexcom G6 device. it means I have an android app on it an bluetooth connection to the collector. thats all. and i wear it only at day when I am not at home. So it is almoust in standby modus collecting my diabetes reading. I donāt think it is a lot of work for the watch. It doesnāt change the situation that Kospet removed my order from my Kospet account and they donāt wanāt to cooperate again. I know this is no winnig for them. But they are advertising with the warranty 24 months. so they should handle it right

no it never over hit. Suddenly it tourned off and than was starting from itself for about 3 hours. after that, it was working for one hour and turned off forever. Now if I connect to my PC, it shows the Kospet logo, turned off and shows that the battery is full loaded by 100% that is everything what happens

He is a close friend.
There must be a reason why you have had to request replacement 3 times?
What has been the cause of the problem?
I know that any company would be suspicious after so many replacements.
Especially as this model has been very reliable and the ones that have been returned have been replaced without any problems.
Please let me know what the problem is that makes the watch unusable and I will let you know what they think about it.
So I will need some information from you:
a) Have you flashed any firmware on the watch?
b) Have you returned it with firmware that is not factory stock firmware?
c) What do you use to charge the watch, because it sounds like a power problem, causing the battery or control circuit to fail. Charger should be maximum 1 A.
d) Have you tried to or successfully rooted the watch?
e) Did you have any problems with moisture getting into the watch?
This is not a fitness device and if it used during exercise which causes sweat - it will cause problems.
Answers are very important because I am also having serious problems understanding how 3 of these watches have failed.
I canāt explain why the order history was removed from the store, but it makes no difference anyway.
You have emails or messages to show what has been happening.
As well as the original purchase receipt.

Anyone else had a problem with 3 watches - every time it is replacedā¦?
Apart from the early Prime 2 (crap factory used) - I have not seen anything like this since we began in 2015.

No I never flashed the watch I only installed the holo launcher on it because it makes easy to access to the main app that I use with this watch : xdrip diabetes dexcom g6 reader

No I didnāt. the only two changes on the watch was installing holo launcher and xdrip app

I am using the powerbank that was included with the watch nad some times my usb connection The powerbank is working normal loaded via PC USB connection

I donāt think so. I am sweeting in sommer when I am walking in the hills or making sport (running), but I donāt think it could be the problem

What were the problems with the other 2 that had to be returnedā¦?
Because I see that this one you are talking about now must be the 4th watchā¦ Is this correct?
In August last year you posted the above message about the button problem.
wow I am not shure. maybe it is the 4th one. anytime it was something different. Yes one time it was the button. One time it overheated by wearing it not loading. it went hot what I remember and now it disconnect suddenly without any sign. So anytime it was something different. It wasnāt the same mistake at any time. so I donāt think that I am doing soemthing wrong if the mistakes are always different. Am I thinking wrong?

yes it was me. Like i wrote I am using also Aladeng W5 for the same function- to navigate my diabetes and somehow it works since 2 years right now
Are you using BT tethering for your diabetes sensor all the time?
If you are, you must not use any other BT tethering like Wiiwear or similar.
Just FYI it has a very different Bluetooth system to the other watch you mentioned.
At this point, I am finding it hard to understand why they should now send you a fifth watchā¦?
Especially as you have had enough experience now to understand that what you are doing is not working and is possibly causing the problem.
The pixart BT chip is maybe not compatible with what you need to do

well it is important to understand that the xdrip doesnt use the bluetooth the whole time . And Pixart Bt is also build in some smartphones that are working without any problems wit xdrip on smartphones. I dont understand why it should be a problem. I am not thetering it i am using direkt bluetooth and by the way: How can you explain that the aladeng W5 which is a cheap android watch works really great with the same settings and as the same collector for the device? I have this advice for 3 years now and I am using it a lot , all the time when kospet died. The same aladeng W5 device is working until todayā¦
By the way the exchanged me now 2 devices not 3. there is a wrong information from somwhere. this is now my 3rd device from Kospet not 4th.
I mean some people use it to make pictures to take calls to surf internet. I use this device in standby modus to sending me only signals from my sensor when my sugar is going low or high. This is like would you say it is impossible to use it with bluetooth headphones for calling or hearing music. I donāt really understand the argument. So I donāt use it extremly. My battery last fort 2 days so it also shows that the watch is not working hard.

Ok, i think there is a misunderstanding, i dont think there is a problem with the watch as you said the watch is recognized by pc and it shows you fully charged, so that means the watch isnt dead, right?what if it needed to be updated? Have you reset it when you got it and did fully charge it? I know other members use their watches for the same purpose, and yes as using BT shouldnt be a problem,.
So lets start over:))
Is the watch shows any sign? Charging, pc connection?
