In addition to the animated “Time Tunnel” watch face included on the LEM14, is it possible to install more animated watch faces like the one on LEM12?
YUP! I just got mine. Puck included!
Any clockskin can be animated on any watches using .gif files but you know what already ? Surely ?
The stock animated watchfaces for Android 10 are reactive to touch, though, and the Time Tunnel one can be set to use data from the accelerometers. Pretty cool.
I believe that the face you are referring to is a pre-built app type face.
IE - Not a face that we would make.
I will check the firmware
Ah , i see . We currently dont have samples yet . Lets see what @pablo11 comes back with
Yes, unlikely to see them for weeks yet but in my experience it is almost always a special app and not a “watch face” as we understand it.
However, I have the firmware so I will confirm it
Yep you are correct… its a package in the firmware.
com.gtp.nextlauncher.liverpaper.tunnelbate
Yeah… I thought so
I noticed when I disabled the “Next” Time Tunnel app and forced it to stop, the animation disappeared, but the LEMFO logo and time, date etc were still displayed, so it appears that a watch face is being drawn over a running app. It would be cool beans to be able to make watch faces like this.
Bacause the WiWatch could not connect to the watch.
But now I found the solution to use Watch Droid and any 3rd party applications.
You should go into Optimization → Clean task. It opens Battery saver. Tap the text, you get the app list and disable the app you want to work in the background.
I always wanted to find it in the Settings → Apps & notifications → Special app access → Battery optimization. Here I disable the app I want to run in backgroud, but no luck.
Hmm true, but I posted this in this thread just a few days ago…
But it’s all good.
1 meter GNSS accuracy at clear sky . it receives also galileo and beidou sattelites.
Have you tried it in google maps on a route? I have good reception with 15 satellites in use, with gps test,
but in navigation Lem14 is not so stable. My Rollme S08 with less satellites in use is much more stable
and accurate.
Yes I tried it but not with google maps. The tracking was excellent although it was a full cloud covered day under big trees. I will try it again with clear sky this time.I would like to see your tests between lem14 and s08. The case looks similar but the soc is different.
When you are testing gnss devices you have to have a few things in mind:
Just I want to mention that there is no compas in full android watches yet, due to the magnets inside the watch case.
COMPASS sorry.
Good News
Its finally here
At some time i thought it was not going to arrive
But here it is
The mighty Lem14 … with battery back and extra bands…
Thanks @pablo11 for support
First impression…
Good screen size for man wrist …
But its a bit thick and heavy for my liking…
But thats the price we need to pay for waterproofing and battery … right?
Trying to adjust
Overall very good first impression
…
One thing i faced is in the watch bands
The down part doesnt have the protruding part for quick band removal and change…
Hope this will not make problem for me
Please advise what to do
