You have to disable battery saver on your phone and your watch. Please enable “unrestricted data” on your watch to make it work.

Settings- apps and notifications- special app access- unrestricted data. Enable watchdroid.

And when i put in file manager dont show in my watch.because file is RAR. when chane RAR to ZIP show me file in file manager

If no update is offered to you from the OTA app in Settings / About Watch - you are probably on the latest firmware version for your watch.

The stock file manager does not recognise rar files.
Just install 7zip or convert your file to a zip on your pc before you transfer it to the watch.

What are you trying to do exactly?
