I have asked the solution provider and they do not have this firmware any longer.

It is not a Z35.

You have to go back to people who sold it to you.
We canā€™t help with this situation because there are too many possibilities.
It might be a Z32 or it might be a C10.

Iā€™m sorry but we donā€™t have any options because you donā€™t have a record of what the original firmware build is.

@Raka you can try and flash the system partition only.
Using the firmware I gave you.
Use download only option and only select the system partition.

But, the problem is that you will need to make a factory reset and the watch may not boot after flashing.
So, you can select the userdata partition as well if you really want to try.
However, this whole thing is extremely risky now because the firmware I posted is for the original LEM12 Android 7.
It did not have 1gb ram and 16gb storage.

We have no way of knowing what the correct firmware is because we donā€™t have the details and we donā€™t support this model.

Letā€™s put it this way, the risk is that if this is some weird configuration then it will not not work.
The Z32 is M6739 Android 7 and the Z35 is the octa core Android 10 board.
So please be careful and I strongly recommend that you return the watch to the seller.

You have these options:

  1. Contact seller and ask him to send you photos of settings info: android version, and all software info in PICTURES taken from same watch that can help with flashing the watch.
  2. BEST OPTION; send it back and ask for replacement and keep in mind the longer you wait to do so the harder it will be for you to get a replacement.
