Nope, sorry.
It’s not one that we would support.

I bet the camera is awesome :joy::joy:

It is a smartwatch with A8.1 system
Great quality AMOLED screen
No developer option active on the system
USB Debugging Support
Notification and Accessibility Support
Camera OK! 2MP
800mAh battery with autonomy between 10 and 12 hours
Universal Launcher 3.7 works VERY well without any major problems

Why cant we support this smartwatch?

Because the stuff we need is not available to us.
The OEM that makes the A8.1 board and software solution wants nothing to do with customers.
They sell bulk amounts of devices but provide no support.
I am told that they will not take returns either.
Hopefully the brands selling them will provide refunds. Although I hear that they don’t.
That’s why they are so cheap.

Another annoying thing is that the firmware designer has used code that doesn’t belong to them, and done a bad job of it.

Anyway, that’s why you HAVE TO use the universal launcher and also why developer mode is either hidden by a fake settings menu, or has been completely removed.

As a general rule, there are NO ANDROID 8.1 devices that we support.
Basically any device that has Android 8 or 8.1 is unsupportable by us.
No relationship with the brands.
No access to any firmware.
No idea what they are doing.

Sorry.

If you have a little patience and know how to configure it, they work well!
Currently the most complete models are:
DW89 TFT
DW99
JC01 and JC02
ULTRA AI 3
These models have access to USB Debugging
Accessibility
Notifications
Good quality AMOLED screen and very smooth to the touch
Battery between 700 and 800mAh with a duration of between 8 and 10 hours

Hi! Sorry, I’m literally so new to this stuff, i just got an ultra ai 3, but i cant seem to change the faces… ā€œdevice not foundā€ā€¦ i did some research and i kinda got to understand how it works but i’m still sooooo confused, what is Universal Launcher?? How can i usb debug the watch? Will it make me able to change watch faces? I’m so so lost any help will be more than appreciated😭

Are you certain that it is an Android watch?
If it is, all you need to do is use the search engine here in the forum to find universal launcher. :+1:

I see it claims to be Android 10.
But I highly doubt it.
You can check by using the Device HW info app from the play store.
It’s likely Android 8 or 9 in reality.

Regardless, unless you install the universal launcher successfully, you can’t use these watch faces.
We don’t have any information about this watch and we can’t support it officially.
All we can do is offer advice.

Best advice is don’t rush, read as much as you can here to learn and make sure you don’t try to modify the firmware. Because it is not available to recover your watch if you make a mistake.
Good luck

Hi. Your watch is fake A10 and actually a A8 watch.

You will need to install this launcher

And you will also need to create a clockskin folder to put the clockskins in .

Its a shame you bougth this watch as we could have helped

Another question, is there a simple way to make a watch face with an image of my own? I’ve seen some ways but i’d rather be helped by you guys

A good place to start is to follow the link below.
It’s what we all use for clockskin faces.
There are many articles relating to it, including a step by step guide.
