Unfortunately I am not sure what you are saying, but I am also not sure if you have the Android 11 Z40 or the Z36 Android 10 watch 
I’m guessing that you mean you forgot to enable USB debugging in developer options and you can’t use the touch screen for some reason?

It’s very important.
It is a Lokmat applp pro 2 ,I can not look into it ,it is blokked
by the patroon it dit send toYou.
Somone tried too flash it,but hy said there exists no flash tool for this it is too new.

Do you have the factory box it came in?
I know this is frustrating, but there are two different APPLLP 2
One is Android 10 with MTK chipset.
One is Android 11 with a Unisoc chipset.
How much ram and storage does it have?

The problem is, if you use the wrong flash tool you will probably make the situation worse and you might not be able to use the watch again.
So it is very important that we confirm which watch you have.
It is especially confusing because there are two models with the same name 
it al done the watch is oke on the Gao fit app on mij phone is a button to reset the watch.

Thanks for the update.
We can see it is the Android 10 M6762 model.
Good to hear that you were still able to use the BT connection and reset your watch.
For future reference, you should use the MTK flash tool.
It is posted here several times but if you can’t find it and need it in the future, let me know.

Ok, so it is a Z40 APPLLP 2.
It’s confusing the way they name their products 
So it seems that you have flashed it, or not?
You need the unisoc flash tool and correct firmware.
No I did not flash.
The Gao-fit app has a possibility to go back to factory.
I hav no pc soo can not flash.
But erything works as it should.
