Lokmat APPLLP 4 Z36 C17_D4 Official support thread

That is not necessarily true for all locations. For example here in the US there are multiple providers Sim cards that work as long as they are on the GSM network.

Working fine with telstra in Australia.
As @Jonathan_Bickel says, it’s different in different countries and unfortunately some EU countries are starting to block Chinese IMEI numbers.
So if there are problems and the APN is correct - contacting your service provider and asking them is the best option.
Or try a couple of cheap pay as you go Sim cards from different providers.

My new LOKMAT APPLLP 4 is very cool

Hi friends. Got some news (the smartwatch doesn’t works with the sim of my network provider (TIM ITALIA):

I tried with some different sim cards and it works fine only with the VODAFONE one.

so I decided to ask to my provider (TIM ITALIA) if it was possible to get the IMEI code unblocked, in order to use the smartwatch with the sim I have

unfortunately I couldn’t find any IMEI code on the smartwatch!

the LOKMAT engineer I asked said that it was due to an upgrade to the english version they made before shipping the smartwatch.

I’m afraid there’s nothing else to do. I therefore must return the watch

That is not good…
Really sorry to hear about this.
But I am now confused…
If you have no imei number Vodafone would not work either.
Can you make calls with the Vodafone Sim in the watch?
With no imei NO SIM should be usable.

IMEI should be in Settings / About Watch /

I confirm that Pablo: there isn’t the IMEI but I can make phone calls with vodafone

Sconosciuto = unknown

@Jimi1975
Well that is incredible…
With no Wi-Fi enabled and Sim only - you can make and receive phone calls?

Unless it is using Wi-Fi for calls, which is possible on this firmware…?
But still…

How crazy is Vodafone to allow that to happen?

I’m speechless :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Received my watch yesterday. So far i“m happy. It very responsive, battery seems good, and looks good on me.

Does anyone know if and how it“s possible to use the heart rate monitor with common running apps like adidas running?

In watch settings allow app access to sensors ( permissions ) . Sadly " my running app " is still not 100% work8ng with A10

Thank you. It seems adidas running app doesnĀ“t request that permission… Or do i get that wrong?
Settings/ Apps&Notifications/ Permission manager / Sensors. There is no app listed there.

If there is no option within settings to use sensors i’m afraid this is not possible . Some apps do , some dont . Sorry

It may not be exactly what you want, but there’s HeartFit. It can periodically announce your HR and save it to Google Fit. If you need additional/different functionality I will certainly consider it.

Thank you. I will try.

Do you know of any running app with voice coach, that utilizes the internal sensor? i really like to have the watch tell me my stats every km…

Runmeter used to but again compatibilty with newer watches could be lacking

Google Fit has a voice coach.

Hi. I’m wondering if I can use the Google Play store. I realize I’d have to install the services and whatnot with it. Is it at all supported on this watch?

Google play services comes pre-installed on the full android smartwatches.

Hmm mine did not so maybe I don’t have exactly the same version watch. It says it’s z36 and an appllp 4 but maybe it’s something else. Thank you!

Can you provide a picture of the build version?
The play services are only missing if the device comes with the chinese firmware version.
