Yep, flash again using the firmware upgrade option.
I don’t get these issues.

Do you use a sim pin?

As I said… Does the sim have a pin?
If it does - take the sim, put it in a phone and remove the pin.
Pin causes problems.

Oh, I’m sorry I didn’t know for sure.
So, yes - It is a known problem.
I will ask if the LEM7 firmware can be updated.
The Thor 4 has just had this fixed.
You can actually flash the Thor 4 firmware on to the LEM7 with no problems at all…
It’s an option.
Or remove the pin…
The other thing I would say is - be very careful when putting in the sim card.
The contacts on the watch board are fragile.

Yes I do.
Do you want it?
The only difference is that the black screen or “sim not recognised” error has been fixed.
You will only experience this error if you have a sim card with a pin number enabled.
I will upload it anyway - when I get the chance but you should get it by OTA very soon…
The version number is 20180823
Just remember that the only difference is the sim pin problem is fixed…

Yep, I will be uploading it today.
Just give me some time. It’s like dial up speed where I live…

Just removed the PIN code. Not any better unfortunately…
In case you doubt I’m under v2.5., just checked again in settings / about watch (Z28-LEM7-V2.5).
Hi, the pins look ok and just to confirm, I’m under v2.5… This looks to me as a harware failure…
What can I do?

What is your carrier and which band does it use? If you go to the watch settings and then to the last option "About Watch" - there is a tab called "Status" If you click on the IMEI information can you see the IMEI number?
Yes, I can see a 15 digit IMEI code and a 2 digit IMEI SV code. I'm with Bouygues Telecom in France (one of the top 3 carriers). My watch used to work ok until it could no longer detect the sim card a few days ago.
Hey there, is it possible to port the “bubble” style of the LEM X?

Contrary to popular belief this watch does not support live wallpapers natively.
You can use Play Store apps like “Twisted Colours” or the “Koi aquarium” app to set interactive screen images if you want to.
