The prime 2 had no problem connecting to a hidden 2.4GHz network (I can’t test hidden 5GHz), but I had to specify that it’s a hidden network when I added it. I would think it works the same way on the lem 12 pro

Any news? When new firmware will be out for this watch? Hope it fixes the issues I mentioned! Another query! How come lem12 pro doesn’t have Bluetooth 5.0 and prime2 and thor6 pro have it? Even though all of them share the same chipset helio p22???
what makes you think that it doesn’t have bluetooth 5?

The boards are exactly the same apart from a few drivers of course.
But BT chip is exactly the same
Check with any hardware info app like aida64 or Device info HW or CPUz etc… from play store!!! They show Bluetooth 4 plus not 5.0??? Also, online sellers like aliexpress, banggood or gearbest show in specs Bluetooth 4 plus not Bluetooth 5.0??? Can you show me a single evidence that proves Lem12 pro has Bluetooth version 5.0???
I am also comparing this watch with another Bluetooth ver. 5.0 smart-band (Honor band 6)!
band has uninterrupted Bluetooth connection range (as expected from version 5.0) throughout entire house, but lem12 pro connection drops as soon as i enter bathroom or remote bedroom or step in balconies of my house??? (less range expected from version 4.2) Is this expected or i am having defective device???
It sounds like a power saving option is enabled.
Like the background cleaner app or something like that.
By the way I can’t find BT version in Hardware Settings report for the Prime 2 or any of the Android 10 watches…

In the optimise menu there is an advanced task manager?

You just need to make sure that the BT service is not getting suspended by the task killer
In that case i should have frequent bluetooth disconnections, even, when in range? But disconnection only happens when i am far from my iphone?

There is no advanced task manager in optimize menu? I already turned off battery saver under Clean Task menu! Do you mean system work mode?

Sorry, I didn’t mean to disturb you (it’s noon here), but disabling all power management options didn’t help, i am still getting same disconnections, but my honor band 6 is always connected to my phone no matter where I go in the house?
I have installed AIDA64 on my iphone and other android phone that have Bluetooth 5.0 and the app shows version 5.0!!! Whereas on Lemfo Lem12 pro, the same app shows version 4 plus??? Hence, that confirms Lem12 pro has Bluetooth version 4.2!!! I don’t know about prime2 and thor6 as I don’t have those watches!!!
I’m half wondering if your expectations are a little too high ? The signal from your phone to band will never be as strong as from watch to band . I have the same results with earbuds for example
