Return it where where is their factory what is the actual name of the watch it shows up on my phone as not sure??? My watch does that after I charge it or when Iām using an app for a period or the watch starts to heat up then the screen goes crazy if you could give me an address where to send to watch back if you have had the luck of ??
You need to return it to the place where you purchased it.
I suspect that it is not under factory warranty though because they stopped making this product.
