Kospet prime software needed

Hi i am having a kospet prime, received one month back .An excellent watch with all features . But the heart rate monitor not working. When i searched in App permission, there is NO body sensors found. How can i install this ? pl guide

Have you performed a fully reset ? Try this first before anything else . Does the green light flash ?

yes the green light flashes.did the resetting .but no use

Another user reported this and got a reading from a finger . Is this the case with you ?

You may have to return it if its a hardware issue
