How old is your watch?
The watch was bought in January, but in May PROBLEMS with charging began … I wiped the contacts, while they heat up when the charger is connected, but they do not react to the power buttons … Maybe this is a factory defect … ???
I know this sounds simple but based on my personal experience this can be caused by dirty contacts that prevent the current flow to the watch. It creates a resistance point at the contacts which can also cause the watch to heat up because resistance in a electrical circuit creates heat at the point of the resistance. It also is helpful to have an inline Volt/Amp meter because it will show if you have adequate voltage and current and how much Amperage is flowing to the watch when connected.
I also had problems with charging, its pretty frustrating. do you how know to clean it? Also I wanted to ask, how much battery life are you getting on bluetooth streaming for spotify. I drain about 20% an hour, i’m not sure if that is normal
