If you want to disconnect and reconnect the battery - it’s not too challenging.
However, I have to warn you that disturbing the screen connection can be a serious problem.
You have to be extremely careful and unless you have already contacted after-sales@kospet.com then I would be careful about voiding your warranty

This is really interesting. My Android phone limits to 85% has done for a while and I am sure this will extend it’s life a lot. My iPhone does not and it’s battery life is running down fast. Thanks. Steve

Unless you are using the charging dock without any power connection?
If you use just the cable and charge from your pc USB socket or a 5v 1amp phone charger, it should always reach 100%.
The galaxy S21 ultra os has a switch that allows you to limit charging to 85%. I have had the phone for a year now and the battery health is still 100%. I also have an Iphone of the same age (I use them both daily) which is already down to 95%. Charging a battery to 100% reduces it’s life. The Iphone algorithm that they advertise does not work.
Guys my watch doesn’t react on touch is there anyway to restart it without using touch screen?
Try to press and hold the power button for a while to shut down the watch.
Any idea what can cause that issue?
Sometimes it happens not often but sometimes.

Good news. Press and hold the power button solved the problem, I guess?
Just pressed power button and again pressed same button it worked
There are some apps that can cause this problem. For example the app " floating toucher".

Is any available power bank compatible with Prime 2, e.g. the Optimus 2 power bank?

Nope, remember how unique the Prime 2 was?
Made by a different factory and using opposite polarity to all the regular watches.

The polarity of the Kospet Prime2 is the same like the Kronos Blade Genesis. You can use the Charging cable. The Power bank won’t work, because they have different backsides.
